**(See Matthew Kenyon 1-star review for full details) I Concerns noted with our families first "used Lego" purchase with Bricks & Minifigs: *There is no notification of Lego being color sorted and straying from the numbered bag grouping instruction manual. There are several notes and signs regarding NO RETURN POLICY on used Lego set, not one noted this. I feel purposefully misinformed as a consumer. *The store could easily vacuum seal the bags of Lego within the box, I was extremely surprised to see reused zip loc bags. This doesn't make me confident all of the pieces are contained. Especially after having been offered to sell the set back at bulk weight for pennies on the dollar. *The owner did not reach out to me, the paying customer on the receipt at any point. After initiating my 1-star review, I was completely ASTOUNDED to see the owner leave a comment via google in less than 12 hours. To be transparent, this is my first 1-star review, and I had anticipated an outreach or invitation to a personal conversation for remedy. She was not open to allowing me to express any concerns, what-so-ever. Owner ended the telephone conversation shouting I'M SORRY YOUR SON ISN'T CAPABLE. I'M SORRY YOUR SON ISN'T CAPABLE. Evil and corrupt business! Buy with caution when buying online!! I bought this set because the images online showed a fully built set. The two monster trucks have all their wheels on and are complete in the images. I’ve uploaded them myself what they’re showing online when I went to purchase receive the item today and it’s missing pieces I can’t complete one or the other Monster truck . Literally, the only reason why anyone would buy this set . I go to read the description to see if maybe I didn’t read that it wasn’t completed . Just to see that, the disclaimer says it COULD be missing pieces. Man just post the real pictures of the damn Pieces missing and put in the description, the truth. That’s simple no shady loop holes and not fraud. I wish I could give this business zero stars. They completely stole my $50 and broke my 6 year olds heart because he was excited to come home from school and receive this set. This is an amazing store with amazing customer service. Our son was looking for this specific piece but could only sketch it out from his mind. We looked online but couldn't come up with anything and our son said I bet Bricks and Minifigs will have it! They could tell we were looking for something specific and had him sketch it out for them and then they found the picture online to confirm it was the correct one and found 3 of the piece he needed. I was blown away. Plus the first time I was there, I found the Imperial Light Destroyer used, complete in box with instructions for only $100! You buy the used sets assembled and then take them home to take them apart and rebuild. That way you know what parts if any are missing up front.
