WOW! Just wow...

I had the most fulfilling experience in this lovely hat shop. I had poked my head in interested but I had my dog with me. The shop owner (Stacey) greeted me as I was poking my head in and I asked if the dog could come in. She politely said yes but I ask that if a lot of folks come in you take the pup outside as to not bother other shoppers. The store was quite small so I was happy to oblige.

I ended up coming back to speak with Stacey without my dog with me as I was shopping for a summer sun hat. This is just the beginning to a memorable and fulfilling experience. Upon return Stacey greeted me again and asked what I was looking for and what I believed my size to be. She immediately grabbed a bunch of options and began putting them on me and checking how they fit and looked. She thoroughly explained what each hat was able to withstand and the pros and cons of each style. Each time she delicately placed a new lid on my head I could see the concentration and care in her eyes. I could feel the genuine desire she had to help me leave happy with or without a hat. We narrowed down to 2 styles. We decided to shape the sun body hat to fit my narrowed forehead. While we let the hat set on my head she helped some other customers not failing to check on while she did. I will never get a fitted hat again without having it shaped to my head! This made all the difference for long term comfort in the hat! I am so grateful that she took her time to help me find my perfect hat!! Once we settled on the shape and fit we went to work to put a new band around the base of the crown and a nice feather.

My partner was incredibly jealous of my experience so we came back the next day so he could be fitted with some new hats. He left with 3 styles he was super happy with.

If you're looking to find a hat that you will cherish and love for years to come please take the time to visit Stacey in Sister's. My only complaint is that she doesn't live where I live so I can come back for all my hat needs! I know I have a panama in my future and would love to have Stacey help me find the perfect one! I'm so happy to have made this memory and connection with Stacey, I hope to buy more hats from her...

I was recently in Sisters, Oregon for the first time and fell into a great Hat shop. Sisters Hats + Co. The Hats were on display in front of the store which drew me in. Stacey the proprietor immediately engaged me in a conversation of my interests in the type of hat I was looking for. I appreciated her knowledge, and patience with my process. The Hat she chose for me was the Hat I eventually purchased. I had a friend with me and Stacey spent time with her as well finding the right Hat. Stacey also recognized the Hat I was wearing had shape issues due to being in a rainstorm and she steamed it back into shape for me while my friend was deciding on her Hat. The other amazing thing that Stacey did was show me how to properly fold my new Hat for travel and asked me to video the process from my phone. Stacey was very engaging, honest and had an eye for style! She individualizes the Hat buying experience for each person she speaks with. This is a five star Hat shop and I would recommend the experience to anyone looking to add to their Hat collection. There were many varieties to choose from with a very competent proprietor. The adorably tucked hat shop was very busy last Saturday. Despite the overwhelming crowd, the owner of Sisters Hats + Co. made time to greet my daughter and I as soon as we stepped through the door. I was able to tell her what I was looking for and she not only directed me to my now favorite hat but took the time to steam it for a custom fit, make sure I knew the proper care it would require, and even asked me if she could outfit it with a last minute feather to provide a custom touch. I had my 7 year old daughter with me, and we ended up purchasing a hat for her as well. With only a brief interaction, I could tell that the owner not only sells hats but also loves them and truly cares about each one that walks...
