SALTability Retreat — Local services in Skippack Township

SALTabiity is a little slice of heaven. The whole space is beautifully designed with calmness and beauty in mind. The owner, Steff, is so kind and her calm , warm, energy matches the vibe of the kind of place it is. I spent a few hours doing different services. First was the Red Light PFMT mat. It was a 45 minute session that was so relaxing, it took my nervous system right into a place of calmness. I found myself drifting off somewhere between a nap and a meditative state. Then I did the salt cave. Beautifully designed, with zero gravity chairs and cozy blankets. The session flew by, leaving me more relaxed than before. I finished with an ionized foot bath, served with a delicious cup of tea and biscuit. I left calm, rejuvenated, and recalibrated to take on life. I will definitely be back to this oasis. Excellent experience — booking online was fast, easy, and they have a wide selection of therapies. The inside is cozy and clean. My reception was welcoming and accommodating. The massage was perfect—Lisa really listened to me and areas I wanted her to focus on. She was professional and experienced.
