I brought my daughter here a few days ago for a gel polish manicure. I picked this place due to the reviews. Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience. When we walked in, we were greeted by a gentleman and a woman that were seemingly nice. Despite my initial shock at the uncleanliness of the place, my daughter proceeded to tell them what she wanted. A gel manicure with a design (that she had a referenced photo of) …pretty simple stuff here but not for them. The gentleman kept getting overly involved and interrupting the girls. It honestly took 15 minutes for them to understand what she wanted. Again, she had an exact photo! I wanted to leave. My daughter was upset and we were very uncomfortable at the arguing between the man and the girls. But we forge on. Her nails were “manicured/prepped” in less than 5 minutes. Then she started applying the polish. Then another woman came over, took her other hand and started painting on the design with my daughters hand in the air. It was SO very strange. All in all, the nails were shaped nicely and the base color was nice. The design was terrible and looked like a kindergartner did it. We did not say anything bc both my daughter and I just wanted to get out! Then it was time to pay. The woman told me it was $29 for the gel manicure plus $20 extra for the design. I was shocked. The design was as basic as it gets and she was done in 25 minutes. But whatever, I should have asked the price prior but i’ve been several other places and have never spent over $50 and am the furthest thing from cheap. Anyhow, the gentleman came over to ring me out and told me it was $59 (not $49)! I was so upset, I couldn’t even ask him to explain how a $29 gel nail service w a very simple design for a 13 year old girl turned into $59. I paid it, handed my daughter the $12 tip money and told her to give it to the girl so we could get out. I am disgusted at the $71 total cost with tip, the 25 min job, the dirty manicure tables and atmosphere and the overall confusion and craziness of understanding what she wanted. I am also upset that I was asked about 10x if I wanted anything done and why not. Never ever again. I feel completely scammed and I’m sad for my daughter who was so excited and didn’t get what...

I could not be happier with this place! After having a horrible experience at several salons around the area (including Le'vi and Fancy nails) this was a little island of paradise. I had walk out from Fancy nails after waiting for so long and them taking other clients before me (with a later appointment time). Aroma guys took me right in even though it was close to closong time. They had a good amount of professionals working at the time so the flow of work was great (no crazy wait times or fast low quality service). The service was top notch since the moment I called till the moment I walked out the door. Other clients who was there obviously go there for years and their entire family go to this place - that means a lot! The quality of nail work was sooo detailed - I am amazined. She was a total pro did not miss a single thing!

I will definitely be back and hope that my second experience will be just as good! But so far -...

Brought my girls in for a holiday gift to get nails done for the two weeks they were off! The woman working were VERY RUDE to the kids speaking in another language laughing around them! Making my girls feel embarrassed and ashamed of the design choices they made! They are festive and what the girls wanted, but I guess it was work for the ladies! Also on had gel on the nails and they kinda had made a big deal about it! Which I didn’t understand bc they are getting paid to remove it! Sometime just ask to remove and move on! Again RUDE… They also did the design very poorly and really the oldest could have done better at home! I personally will not go back and if you have kids I wouldn’t bring them there either! Just for a Christmas present I really felt bad for the way this place made us feel and now I need a do over for Christmas present! Just upsetting / disappointing ESPECIALLY for the OVER...
