Since the market is so conveniently located for me this winter, I have been to every one and purchased something from at least half of the vendors. I'm a big fan of the fingerling potatoes I've been buying from Moody Town Farm (I think that's the right name but I wouldn't swear to it.) From other vendors I've also purchased cabbage, carrots, gingerbread cookies, apples, tons of herbed ricotta cheese from Crooked Face Creamery, coffee, cocoa and soap from Tessier's Farm, pies from Winterberry Farm, and a whole lot of delicious breads, whoopie pies, cinnamon rolls and cookies from Good Bread. Everything has been delicious and fresh and the vendors are all very pleasant. I highly recommend trying this...

They still have a (small) selection of annuals remaining, as well as hanging baskets, which the latter were five dollars off last week.
They have a nice selection of perennials, as well as ornamental trees and shrubbery.
Did you know they also repot root-bound houseplants for a nominal fee? Either bring your own planter or purchase one there and one of the expert botanists on staff will take care of the rest.
