Salles' — Local services in Slidell

I heard about Salles through word of mouth after having a horrible experience from another jeweler to resize my engagement ring. I stopped in on a whim, and so glad I did. The jeweler came from the back and I began to apprehensively explain the issues with the ring... Having talked to another jeweler separate from the one who did the shoddy work, I was worried this meet would end in more bad news. Quite the opposite. I do not know the jewelers name - but I can only describe what transpired as a godsend. He knew exactly what was wrong, what had been done wrong, and even mentioned additional things that needed to be fixed that I had not yet voiced. I just picked my beautifully, perfectly restored ring yesterday and I cannot begin to describe the joy of the experience - knowing the level of professionalism and pride this establishment takes in their work. Absolutely amazing - I will go to Salles first for any jewelry needs. Hands down....

They were recommended to my husband by a friend when he was shopping for my engagement ring back in 2016. My husband picked out a gorgeous unique ring and the price so amazing (in his words as I don’t know the price). We went back to them to have a matching wedding band made and it was everything I wanted and the price was definitely unbeatable since I went to a few local places (we live on the south shore). Just recently I went back for a second wedding band and even though being 5yrs since I got the first the price was about the same. It matches perfectly with my set! From my initial visit, through ordering and picking up both an engagement ring and a wedding band, the service that I received was professional, friendly, transparent and low pressure.
