Horrible customer service!!! Pediatrician sent a script for a child and the lady couldn’t find it in their system. So we showed her the end of visit summary and finally found his script and said it would be 20 minutes. Go back to pick it up and whoever filled it filled it under the twin brothers name and wouldn’t give it to us. Then claimed the pediatrician sent it in the wrong name!!! So the pediatrician sent a second one in the correct name again!!!! If the would of been helpful it would of been okay!! But to not be accountable for the mix up and blame it on the pediatrician...

The pharmacy itself isn’t bad but multiple times I have tried to use the drive-thru. I pull up seeing just one car at the window and may have to wait 10-15 minutes before they pull away. I wonder if they couldn’t have a policy to have people pull thru and come back after their prescription has been filled instead of waiting while it’s filled and holding...

Absolutely terrible. Two months in a row I get a text my prescription is ready and I get there and it’s not filled. This time I called before hand and was told it was ready.
