Horrible customer service!!! Pediatrician sent a script for a child and the lady couldn’t find it in their system. So we showed her the end of visit summary and finally found his script and said it would be 20 minutes. Go back to pick it up and whoever filled it filled it under the twin brothers name and wouldn’t give it to us. Then claimed the pediatrician sent it in the wrong name!!! So the pediatrician sent a second one in the correct name again!!!! If the would of been helpful it would of been okay!! But to not be accountable for the mix up and blame it on the pediatrician...
