The newest review by Domenic Morrell is completely false information.

I was there and witnessed when he tried to get a refund.

He brought in HIS order complaining that the steak was blue and he wanted a refund. The employee agreed to give him a refund for HIS order.

He then started complaining he also wanted refunded for his girlfriends order, which he hadn’t brought back in.

The employee told him that in order to get a refund for HER order, he’d need to bring that order in too. He refused to do this and stood there arguing for 5 minutes over this and being absolutely rude to the staff while they were trying to help him.

He was actually being so rude that ANOTHER customer had to intervene to explain to him that he needs to stop arguing and bring the food back in in order to get a refund.

The employees and staff handled the situation beautifully and professionally, Domenic did not.

I ordered take-out. The food that I ordered was a quart of beef with broccoli, white rice and two egg rolls. My order was called in at about 8:45 at night. When I got home, there was no rice in the bag, which basically ruined the meal for me, as it is a big part in my enjoyment of Chinese food. After noticing this, I called Katana and told them. While they were on the phone with me they were giggling in the background and she wanted me to run back to the restaurant for the rice. I asked if they could credit me in some way for my next visit, and she said "Okay next time. Bye." I am not a difficult person to satisfy. I just wanted what I paid for. En Lai costs less and tastes close to the same. I will gladly go there next time, as they do not forget what I pay for.

We are forever repeat customers who live 23 miles away. Might actually move closer to them! The ONLY place we can find with AUTHENTIC Asian cuisine. Especially their Japanese menu. Mochi ice cream, Udon choices, UNAGI, sushi, ALL of it top-notch and prepared correctly per Japanese traditions. REAL sushi with REAL trained sushi chefs. Anime foodies would LOVE this place!

And fried rice? NOT FAKE YELLOW BS. It is REAL fried rice. Delicious. I'm a picky eater and this place really opened me up to so many new favorites!
