Taco Bell — Restaurant in Slippery Rock

Bunch of clowns working there at 7pm on a Sunday night. It was October 30th of 2022, I like being specific so management can check to see who was working. After standing there for ten minutes waiting on an Uber Eats pick up some girl approaches me trying to tell me they need to do this and that to basically screw over my customer. Because the customer ordered nachos and get this but it would take 30 minutes to thaw out the meat for that so they were going to substitute it for steak but they made the mistake of asking me the driver! See I cannot approve something like that as it's not really my order and I don't pay for it but I also won't really know what you put in the bag if you don't tell me. So don't tell me 😉! That or maybe get on the little tablet they give you and like refund the customer and cancel the order instead of expecting independent contractor drivers to do your job. Not only that but it's a huge waste of my time and the customers to even let the app continue to pull in drivers to your store, wasting their gas money, because you cannot be bothered to train people how to cancel a customer who ordered items that were...

I came in roughly around 250pm, no other customers. I was greeted with silence, the music was low and the employees were gathered next to the drive through. After I ordered, I sat and looked around. The restaurant was dirty and seemed dirty for some time. As a General Manager myself, I would be walking my store every 10 to 15mins just to ensure overall cleanliness and standards. After 10mins, I received my food but I wasn't called by name, instead the young lady said "here you go." I ordered a Chalupa combo but I did not receive my drink. I didn't want to bother them as I felt I was already an inconvenience. My food was not fresh due to the long wait and was poorly wrapped.

I get it, it is slow and it is a college town but the management team here need to have better standards. I did stay away from this location before but this visit...

This has got to be one of the worst Taco Bells I've been to. (At least as far as the the night crew is concerned)

I don't normally review fast food because there is a standard experience you usually get, so there really isn't anything that stands out.

This place, however, has consistently messed up every order I've made. I don't order anything super special. I usually just get a cravings box. Something that should be fairly simple to get right.

My cheesy gordita crunch has, twice in a row, not had any cheese between the gordita bread and the hard taco and has had cold, un-melted, shredded cheese.

They somehow either don't care or don't know how to fold/roll a burrito. It's a burrito, it's not rocket science.

I will not be eating here again and I'd recommend driving the extra 8 miles to go to the one...
