Probably the worst shopping/check out.
While I was checking out I heard an exchange between a cashier and a customer trying to take clothes into the changing room. The cashier barked to the customer that they had to have less than 7 items. The TWO ladies going into the changing room did not have 7, advised her that she could count if she would like. The cashier said, be smart. The customer, confused, replied, I am smart, count (offering the items). The cashier dismissed her, not counting and AGAIN said, BE SMART. very very nasty she muttered be smart lady as she walked back to the cashier stand sighing, and muttering how stupid. The customer, rightfully, absorbed what had just happened and asked for the manager.
It was no surprise that the manager advised that she WOULD BE A WHILE. this was am obvious tactic to deter the customer from lodging her complaint. The customer had to ask again for the manager as the cashier was laughing still, fanning the situation worse. When the manager arrived, she was telling a different cashier, well, they just have to wait.
She handled the situation so poorly. The customer was disgusted, I was disgusted. The manager shoukd have immediately asked the cashier to remove herself from the Salesfloor.

Read moreGood luck trying to find someone in this store to assist you! I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted and stood there at the perfume counter for 13 minutes waiting for assistance. Finally, I walked over to one checkout counter and waited in line to simply ask for assistance. That associate told me to go to another checkout and ask that person for help. I then waited in line for another 20 minutes to get up to the counter to again simply ask for help. This associate now told me that she is going to call someone to help me. She was thirteen feet from the perfume counter and couldn't walk over there to open the lock and retrieve the bottle of perfume for me!! By this time I was beyond frustrated!!! Over 33 minutes of my lunch hour burned up trying to purchase a bottle of perfume! Finally... it took my outburst to motivate her to accommodate me.
It eventually took my whole lunch hour to get someone to assist me in this place! So unfortunate; totally unacceptable!

Read morebought shoes online that were free curbside pickup today, needed them for a graduation the very next day. when i tried them on, they were too small. well i saw on the website they had a half size bigger in store also free store pickup today. since i was already there, i went to customer service for help and they said they couldn’t help me do an exchange, i could only be refunded and would have to reorder online and wait curbside for the bigger sized shoes. why should i have to go wait outside to reorder a shoe that says they’re in stock inside? aren’t they customer service? the young girl was so unhelpful and rude too. it was giving i don’t want to help you, just ready to go home. okay. then she questioned me like i was crazy about not seeing the shoe on display so i could grab the bigger size myself. she said she didn’t know they even sold these here. clearly you refunding me so yeah they here lol like girl look on your website, you have computers in front of you. hope i’ll never need to...
