Very poor customer service. The card machine was not working but they didn't say this - kept telling me my card declined, even when they knew it was a card reader issue because I stepped aside and allowed others to go* (figured this after my experience) ...none of the 2 young ladies came back to me as I sat off to the side calling the Financial team at my family business and the bank and my 2 eager kids who were already stamped are by the entry door asking Mommy can we go in now. Bank confirmed there's no stop or hold on my card and I stepped back up to the counter and asked her to run it again and advised her to type my business name as the account holder and voila it worked ... No sorry for the inconvenience and unintended embarrassment was said to to me but as the lady behind me loudly and rudely told me that I am holding up the line and I responded to her to wait her turn...the cashier told me to stop being rude to her customer ....so guess I am not a customer. a simple Mam I'll be with you in a moment would have diffused both situations. Instead this lady took the situation on her head to tell them to deny me entry etc. I admit my emotions were running high but maintain that had I been met with respect, genuine concern, and good customer service none of this would have happened. An insincere apology is no apology at all and blaming the card reader which you never advised me was having issue gives a very hands off, inconsiderate feeling. Even after a lengthy chat with the 2 attendants present at the counter they said or did nothing to attempt to make my experience better. i observed the machine wasn't working after I watched them run 'their customer'/ the lady behind me card and it happened to hers as well...her card must have been a personal card so simply typing her name her name manually worked. Proves they not only need training in customer service and human relations but also basic training on using the card machines and dealing with different cards and accounts Additionally 2 of the 3 attendants spent the 2.5 hrs I was there cleaning the balls in the ball pit. I wished I had driven the extra 5 lights on 124 to go to Urban Air where the kids actually wanted to go rather than Catch Air. The place was clean and the kids had fun. Kids had a great time tho we Had to endure the gazes of the other 4 or 5 families who witnessed me being told my card declined. Learning experience for all concerned...
Read moreDo not go there !!! We had a horrible experience at our 2 year old party and no one was able to assist us, if anything they were extremely rude and nasty , saying things like : "if any anyone else tells me something else , I swear ..." this comment came from management. I went the day before to ask about the party arrangement and look at the room where the party was going to be held. They told me the party room would be available at 3 so we can start decorating. Well, we didn't get the room until 3:40 pm. We were booked from 3 pm to 5 pm so we asked if we could have the 40 mins that were taken away because of the other party they had before us, they said that was not a problem and we could have our time. Turns out, at 5 pm they came to literally kick us out. They said that was not their policy as I explained I went the day before to make sure everything was ok. They then said the employee gave me the wrong information. That is not my fault and as a business you should honor what your employees tell the customer, even when you don't agree with it! They started picking up our stuff and throwing them away ! They even picked up our cake to throw it away until one of the party goes stepped in and took away the cake from them. It was the ugliest experience I have ever had and ruined our 2 year old birthday party ! They have no sense of customer service and 0 respect for people. One of the managers just left me standing there while I was explaining her the whole issue and rushed to talk to the next party telling them "we didn't want to leave" but not telling them everything they had done to us. It was humilliating and super embarrassing ! Do not use them for parties at all !! They didn't even apologized for the ordeal, they were just arrogant the whole time. The party coordinator tried her best to make things better but management was awful ! One of the girls deducted the pizza out of our bill, although I appreciate this, it didn't take away from the horrible time we had and how one particular manager treated us ! She...
Read moreI visited today. I have only been to 'Ready Set Fun!' In sandy springs. Both were good experiences. Today at Catch Air was a really good experience overall. I was there about 5 hours more or less. I called before and asked questions. I received the best sincere responses on the phone and in person. I wasn't looking hard, but everything looked really clean. I've gone to school for a few things, including business management. One business I manage a few minutes away for over 16 years. I like this business model and what they have to offer. I hope us customers can work with the business model and everything can stay well. Everyone was very nice and patient, and I didn't see any issues anywhere, really. I just feel they are offering us a good service and a great price, and we should work with them to keep it alive. I saw reviews mentioning uncleaniness, but I didn't see much of that, so I'm glad they are in top of business. All the equipment they have, even if it's brand new, the coloration will change. So, if you see a faint hint of that, it might not be specifically dirty. Just be aware that kids' pants and stuff are rubbing against the equipment, and its constant use may show like a year or 2 from now, but it may not be dirty. Everything looked fine to me, and it's normal it all looks pretty new. At my business, I manage we use a powerful sanitizer that can be used in food environment. It's used to sanitize anything, including blood, etc. It breaks down whatever you're spraying quickly and makes any surface clean enough to eat off of. It's called 'redi san rtu hard surface sanitizer.' If interested, I've used that product and many places around us order cases of it every week. We use the top distributors to bring us our products. Sometimes, there are 3 different distributors on semi trucks twice a week. For over a decade. Currently, we moved down to just 2 trucks twice a week instead of the 3. We mainly just need 2 to...
