iGet Juiced-SNELLVILLE — Restaurant in Snellville

With gas veing $4.29 a gallon average right now, I am pretty upset that I drove to this business over another choice I originally had to discover that they were temporarily not open Wednesdays. I tried to call before visiting and no one answered. Also their voicemail was referring to their closing dates in December. Businesses sometimes don't answer the phone because they are busy. I found them doing a Google search and their Google listing doesn't mention their new temporary business hours, neither does their business website. I was trying to patronize a local business in the community. They have a newly opened competitor Smoothie King right behind them. There is also other smoothie and health shops in the area and other areas of Metro Atlanta and Atlanta. This was my first time visiting them. If I had gotten to try their smoothies and peoducts and liked it I would become a regular customer. But my pet peeve is when business owners feel at liberty to make their own hours without making sure new amd returning customers are aware of it on their business profiles and websites. They need to update their website, google listing, and their business voicemail with the most up to date information regarding their business hours and open business days. They dropped the ball. I hope they recognize that if they keep this up, they'll soon be out of business and I would hate to see that. I'm all for supporting local businesses, but I can't do this if local businesses don't take doing business seriously. Disappointed. I might give them another try another day or I might try another business. I don't know yet. I don't like wasting my time and gas for a business to not be open with no indication that they are closed until I get there. Be professional. If your personal life is affecting your business, you've got to find a way to make both work harmoniously. I wish this business...

I've been going to this establishment for years, so it regrets me to make this review. As a black owned business, I loved supporting, and the quality is amazing but that doesn't mean I should suffer due to staff. At first, I was only coming for the cold pressed juices because it was something I was not able to create at home. After a while they stopped offering the cold pressed juices which was a bummer. Then it became a routine that the machine was down, and they were not making cold pressed juices at all anymore by request. Since I wanted to continue to support the business, I switched to getting smoothies and acai bowls and they are both quality!! The fruits and veggies are always fresh!! The concern I have is every time I come it is a long wait, I'm not ordering meals, just a smoothie or an acai bowl. I would be waiting 15-20 minutes just for a smoothie, so I started to call ahead of time to place my order but when I arrived 10 minutes after placing my order it still isn't ready. This is a consistent thing. I'm not sure if they are low staffed or need new policies in place to multi-task on making orders based on timeframe. I shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes for a smoothie that's being made after an order of 3 salads and spinach wraps. I always have a long wait time and they're stuff isn't cheap, $8 for a smoothie isn't worth the wait and the staff! My last straw was today when a couple came in and ordered after me, but they received they're order before mines which they ordered food and all I ordered was an 8 oz smoothie. This place is the GOAT. I don't care what anyone has to say about it. The food is always top tier it doesn't matter when you go. I'm always greeted with a smile and kindness. The Acai bowls are amazing the smoothies are liquid health in cup that also taste great! 😂 everything is made to fresh to order. FRESH TO ORDER means....fresh to order it will be made as you order. Don't be swayed by those complaining about wait time. People just look for something to complain about. The wait time is not as long as some are letting onto believe.
