EPI Skin Spa — Local services in Snellville

I wanted to write a new review but google will only allow me to edit an old review. Four years later and I still love this place. As an African America woman I tend to go to African American establishment because I feel they would understand my skin and hair better, however I found Epi Skin years aga and they are the only establishment I allow to work on my face. They are always so knowledgeable about all skin no matter the race. Yesterday I had an appointment because something I was using caused a severe reaction. My cheeks and chin were dry and felt a bit burnt. Monica looked at my skin and knew exactly what was wrong, she dissected the products I used and told me what in the product may have caused the reaction. One hour of relaxing face washing and treatment. I went home and did the things she recommend and the dry irritating feeling has subsided. Thank you so much Monica.....

I absolutely love this place, Monica and her apprentice were absolutely amazing. The apprentice was very knowledgeable about the products and gave great recommendations for my skin. While waiting for my face masks to dry I appreciate the fact that she went above and beyond by giving me a massage. I just had my very first head spa experience and I’m still floating! The experience was absolutely incredible, relaxing, rejuvenating, and unlike anything I’ve ever had before. What made it even more special is that my message therapist Olivia is the daughter of a dear friend. Watching her shine in her new career as a business owner was such a proud and inspiring moment. That was absolutely the best massage I have had in YEARS. Olivia made sure that I was comfortable and explained why certain parts of my body were more tense. She even provided me with some exercises that I could do at home to help these issues. The head spa is new and it was AMAZING. They exfoliated my scalp and then did shampooing and everything that comes included. The facial is part of the head spa and again, wow. It was great! Makena did an amazing job shampooing my hair and massaging my neck and shoulders. My only regret is not booking a massage or facial with them sooner. I will definitely be coming back often and treating myself! I feel like a brand new...
