I placed my order online for curbside pickup. The confirmation stated that the order would be ready at 12:25pm. I arrived at 12:28pm, clicked the link provided to notify Longhorn that I was there to pickup my order. 12:45pm still sitting with no order. So, I decide to call them to confirm that they know that I’m there waiting 12:55pm still no order. I go in and ask the hostess about the order, she sends me to the bar. I get to the bar and there is a young lady walking out with an order. I stopped her and told her my situation, she checked the name on order. She then notified me that she would check on my order when she returned from dropping off the order she had. By this time, I’m extremely frustrated because I only have an hour lunch and have spent 30 mins waiting on an order that was supposed to be ready at 12:25. I stepped over to the hostess and asked for a manager. I saw her walk away to get him but he never came. Instead, the lady who I stopped earlier had returned from dropping off the other order and was now in the kitchen area, located right next to the bar, looking for my order, Which still wasn’t ready. She comes to let me know that she is about to bag my order, when she does I said “I asked if I could speak with a manager.” I see her go back to the kitchen area and talk to the manager, he then comes over to me and I began to tell him that I have been waiting over 30 mins and I only have an hour for lunch…he does not say “sorry for the long wait”, “ I apologize for the inconvenience” - nothing. Instead, he cuts me off in mid sentence and says “ I have your food” but he is standing there empty handed. I just shook my head and I left. The thing is this, I would’ve been less frustrated had the manager showed some type of concern that a paying customer had been inconvenienced. I could have also understood the wait had they been busy, but that wasn’t the case either. I also want to say that not one time did I raise my voice or say anything that was rude or disrespectful. I won’t be returning to this location. While this isn’t the first time my order has been late, it has never been over 30 mins late. Last time I waited over 20mis. Curbside is about convenience. If you are not going to have the order ready on time, at least have the common decency to let the customer know. My lunch hour was wasted, I didn’t get a chance to stop and get anything else for lunch - so now, I’m hungry and the manager was kurt and unprofessional. I ended up making it back to work just 3 mins before my lunch hour was over. I also tried several times to call them back to make sure my card wouldn’t be charged...
Read moreFirst and last time at this location. Ordered carry out on a Friday night. I of course understand Friday nights can be very busy. But sat outside for 15 minutes for them to bring the food out. No big deal, but when the girl pulled up beside me and got her food first I figured I should go inside. I go inside to the carryout counter and found out that there was a little mixup and they didn’t get a chance to bring the food out when it was ready. Again, no big deal get the food home. Take it out of the bag. Shame on me for not checking it at the restaurant, but it was missing two of the meats that we ordered. The containers had fries in it but no steak or chicken. drive all the way back to the restaurant, ask for the manager. Was not upset, was not belligerent. I politely let her know that two of the meats were missing off of our ticket and the manager goes back to the back. A couple minutes later, the manager comes back up and ask again what was missing I explained one of the steaks and one of the chickens was missing. the manager informed me that couldn’t be right because she was the one who packed the bag. Again, I politely said what was missing, no argument no fuss. The manager then said she would go back and cook the food that was missing again and offered an appetizer and something to drink. 10 minutes later, I was given my food by one of the servers, not the manager. I felt this was a little impolite, but again didn’t make any fuss. I didn’t want an argument. get the food home, and the steak that was cooked this time, we tried to eat it at home and it was so overly seasoned that there was no way to eat it because it was beyond hot and spicy. As much as I would like to give people the benefit of the doubt, I would truly have to believe that this was a level of retaliation for me coming back up there and saying that some of the food was missing in the original bag. Longhorn may be the steakhouse of choice in Atlanta, but we will not be coming to this...
Read moreWent to Longhorns at Webb Ginn 1350 Scenic Hwy Snellville GA on 6/17/2018 for Father’s Day dinner, did the call ahead seating for 4:45pm party of 8 upon arrival checked in at 4:42pm was told by the host that we would be seated within 30-35 minutes. After waiting 1 hour went to check on the status of our seats and was informed that they had messed up the check in and that we would be the next party of 8 to be seated, at this time I noticed a gentleman at the host stand complaining about being seated he also had a party of 8 and had checked in at 5:00pm 15 min after us. 45 minutes after talking with the host and the manager seating guests a large party got up and the manager seating guests called the party of 8 that checked in at 5:00pm 15 min after us back to the table, at this point I talked to the manager that seated the party of 8 in front of us and he assured me that he would get us a table and that we would be taken care of. 15 minutes later the manager came and told us our table was ready this is after a 2 hour wait and when we got to the table it was a 6 top with the ends capped very small table, we sat down anyway and ordered drinks and apps. A gentleman named Omar who identified himself as the GM came out and apologized and said he would check on us, he brought out our apps and that was the last we saw of him not once did he do a table visit to see how things were going. I have to say that this was a horrible Father’s Day dining experience and I would tell anyone visiting this Longhorns to stay away, managers are very unprofessional, and the establishment is poorly ran, at the end they comped our 3 apps that cost $26.00 to make up for there lack of service.
