Sleep Number — Hotel in Contiguous United States

Today, my Wife and I became members of the "Sleep Number Family" and we were excited about it. Getting good, restful sleep has always been a problem for us. I have seen similar beds, at a lower price but they used motors that were noisy, and we didn't want that. We also didn't want to have to assemble the bed ourselves.

Our Niece and Nephew have had their Sleep Number bed for over eight years, and they referred us to this very store.

We were greeted by Melissa Stephens as we walked in the store. She was our Sleep Associate. We stopped by while we were on our way to an appointment, so we only had about 30 minutes to sit on the different hight frames and matresses.

Melissa gave me her card and a firm handshake and we left telling her that we would be back as soon as we finished the appointment.

Upon our return, Melissa got right down to business. While she was establising our profiles for our future beds, she answered our question regading the expected life of the frame and the mattress, and what warranties we would have, amoung others.

We discovered that Melissa has a background working as a Nurse in Home Health Care. Her nursing experience came allowed her to project a sense of empathy and that she enjoys helping people to achieve deep, healing sleep.

Melissa didn't just possess technical knowledge of these beds, she was able to relate her own personally experience with Sleep Number beds as she is a member of the Sleep Number Family herself.

The affordability of these beds makes buying one a no brainer and we are looking forward to the delivery and assembly of our Sleep Number bed. I would recommend that anyone, dealing with chronic back, neck, or joint pain should visit this store, or one that is closest to you

We went to the sleep number store in Lawrenceville on Saturday February 27th 2021. Our experience was excellent. Our sales person was Andy I can't say enough about Andy. He was incredible the store was crowded and he was the only was associate working. He made sure that he continued to advise us that he was going to be on his way to assist us shortly. He never made us feel uncomfortable about waiting in the store and while there we were able to browse the different sleep number beds. Once he was able to assist us his professionalism his personality and knowledge of everything was spot on. He gave us a detailed explanation of the different beds and we were able to test them out and again we never felt rushed. This location commits fraud. They placed an order without my consent with my rewards: 1 (pillows) was supposed to be delivered to my house and the other order (bed sheets) was claimed to be picked up in store. When contacting customer service they said I had to return the bed sheets (which I never stepped foot in this location to even receive) before I could get my returns back. I went in store and spoke with Marqueta who ended up “returning my order” and repurchased what I originally wanted online. She apologized and said she would talk to Melissa who placed the order without my consent. All this to say it has been 1 month and I have still not received my pillows nor my rewards back.
