The young lady who served us cheated us. Watch her. I was there on a Saturday night with a large party, and I do understand the 20% gratuity for large crowds. My husband and his friends are not hurting for money, so we didn't mind paying or tipping. She was writing individual tickets, but everyone was required to tip 20%, and it was added to the bill. Cool! We didn't mind that at all because we were entertaining and it was to be expected. However, she did not listen to my order. I ordered a fish dinner for myself and 7 orders of wings for my husband and his friends. My friend ordered a lamb chop dinner that should have been on a separate ticket. She put mine and my girlfriend's ticket together and the 7 orders of wings on a ticket, but ok. That mistake would have even been forgiven if later I hadn't learned that she stole from us. My problem is this, my husband told me he paid $140 for that bill, and I still paid for both my fish dinner and my friend's food, which way, like, $40 more. How??? None of us even ordered drinks. My husband thought at least my meal was included in his ticket. He didn't even pay attention to the bill. He just paid it. She is a thief, and she took advantage of them. What she didn't know was that not everyone was drinking. I only have that nasty fish plate and some faucet water. Help me understand how if the wings are priced at $10.50 per order (that's what the online menu says) each and I order 7 of them. $73.50 plus 8% tax, plus 20% gratuity is not $140 nothing, I don't care how you add it. š š¾āāļøš¤·š¾āāļø The math just ain't mathing, but it's ok because you only get by when you cheat others, and karma will pay her back. Oh, by the way, please eat before you come. The food is HORRIBLE!! The atmosphere was cool, tho. Not...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went to the cigar bar often and Iām the one who introduced it to all my friends. I was there last night with a few of my friends. I didnāt know it was a fight night. Most of the time, when there is a cover charge for special occasion, they will charge customers before they get in and let them know that there is a cover charge. Nobody told us until we set down. Our server told us after we set down on the table that we had to pay 20 dollars each person. our server name ā E'Lanah ā said she got us for the $20 entrance fee which I was happy about. But she came with a $40 charge for the entrance and I was like whatever and paid for it with my card. I do not carry cash, I do all my transactions with my cards. At the end of the night we split the bills and I paid for the bottle I ordered. The gratuity was already included so I double checked with the server E'Lanah . she replied saying three people will be splitting the tip but she said if itās a cash tip, she can take it all. Since my friends and I never really carry cash, I asked all my friends with me if anyone had any cash so I could give her a larger tip. It only came up to 17 dollars of cash we had. When I gave her 17 dollars cash tip on top of the gratuity, she said, āTHATāāS IT??ā Which made me feel like she was not grateful for giving her an extra tip. That is horrible customer service in my opinion and Iāve never experienced that behavior in other bars that I go to and I would never go back there again, and neither will my friends. I didnāt need to pay an extra tip but I did it out of kindness!!! I will definitely...

Free parking, thanks.
Service was great for the most part. My waitress was not the greatest though. Everyone else was overly nice, she was just blah. She spilled a drink on me and sent someone else to clean it up, that was weird to me. She also didnāt give me a copy of my receipt so I have an eye on my charges. Minus my waitress, service from bar, cigar room, security, dj, other waitress checking on us were all excellent.
The inside of the place is designed well. It gives a premium feel.
I ordered lemon pepper wings. No sir. By looking at them I could tell they werenāt going to be good. Then when I faced resistance separating the wing from the leg I knew it was a wrap. Also the smell was not appealing. The place looks and feels premium, but these wings were not premium at all and were served in a styrofoam container.
1 single Casamigos reposado shot is $26.40. $22 and mandatory 20% gratuity. Sigh. Canāt charge Miami Vegas prices in snellville. Also, If Iām paying $26.40 for a shot please do not serve me in plastic cups. My two shots from the bar were served in glasses. My two shots at my table were served in plastic cups.
If the tab includes 20% gratuity please do not also add āsuggestedā tips on the receipts. This is a deceptive practice which can lead to customers doubling tipping.
Iām not sure what the identity of this place is. Decor and design is premium. Drink prices premium. Food not premium. The crowd is even confused. I saw people in suits...
