Come with my family this weekend we took a trip to Urban Air, which is an adventure place for kids/teens. We went to the Snellville/lawrenceville location right outside of the Atlanta perimeter. #momlife #love #kids #fun #fyp #thingstodo #thingstodoinatlanta #littlemermaid #jump #summerfun

A time was had yesterday at #UrbanAir in Lawrenceville, GA🙌🏾 The kids at seen each other since my birthday dinner so we linked up so they could spend sone time🥰 This place was not expensive, they can run wild just watch out for the bigger kids(this means Supervise your little ones)! What is not seen in the video is the indoor playground, the dodge ball section & the go karts🔥 There are plenty of tables to sit at, they have food you can purchase (pizza, nachios, churros, cotton candy, etc.) #Summerfun #UrbanAir #2LiveCrew #ATL #mybabies💜 #indoorplayground #trampolinepark #ballpit #zipline #rockclimbing #gang

STOP! READ! Going to try to keep to the point. I have 4 kids 17, 16, 12, 11. We got the Platinum Pass - with Skydiving. Huge waste of money literally any other trampoline park will be a better option. Skydiving - they show you how to do it and if hold onto you in the tube if you struggle or don't get it right away they cut it off and shake there head no at you. You have no time to try to figure it out. Last under 20secs if you don't get the hang of it and then the guy that works there just spends the time playing and doing flips and enjoying himself while you watch. Virtual Reality - only 2 out of 4 headsets work. Sky Rider - open if your ok with a fun 60 sec ride but takes them over 5 minutes to get you hooked up and another 5 to unhook you because everything is all tangled up. So if your 4th in line it's a 30mintue wait. Ropes Course - open Climbing Walls - open ProZone Performance Trampolines - The only trampolines open had huge hole in the trampolin! I watch a child almost get seriously hurt as they hopped from one trampoline to another not noticing the hole with poles sticking out. Very noticeable to a parent but not to a hyper 5 year old. I screamed at a random child to stop her in her tracks, which got the moms attention, who ran to her very upset, not having noticed the damaged trampoline in the far corner not roped off. PICTURES Battle Beam - with very long lines because what else was there to do? Tube Playground - open for Littles under 50inches Slam dunk - Closed Wipeout - Closed Warrior Course - Closed DropZone - Closed these are the only trampolines worth any time if your kids are over 7 years old Defy gravity trampoline - Closed the only fun trampoline for older kids Leap of faith - Closed Go-Karts - Closed Edit: also not as big of an issue but definitely headache worthy, their speakers for the music they play threw the whole building are clearly damaged but they are still playing music over them. so it sounds awful can't make out much but if listening to damaged speaks doesn't bother you then not an issue for you.

It looks beautiful from the outside & is in a nice neighborhood, but don't be fooled!

This place needs to close for a few months, do a deep clean & disinfecting, do some maintenance on the A/C & update the attractions, add much more lighting (there is no reason for this place to be so dark inside with children running around), then they need to do a grand re-opening.

No security, unsafe, dirty, ghetto, unsanitary, wow. FIRST & LAST time coming to this place. Andretti is 100x better (or try Catch Air for smaller ones - maybe 8 & under).

I was so embarrassed & kept apologizing to my party guests for Urban Air's mistakes, lack of customer servive & the overall terrible condition of the place.

It was very dark in there and there was ZERO security. We have 3 kids and have been to a million "kids play places". They ALL have some type of security, even Chuck E. Cheese & Catch Air (also on Hwy 124). They usually put a stamp on your hand and your kids hand upon arrival & check it before you can leave with a child. There was no one manning the door. No barriers! No security gate. Nothing. Kids were just coming & going. The busy parking lot & driving lane are right outside the door. If anyone's child ever runs out there, they will 90% get hit by a car speeding thru the lot. That is a huge liability and a lawsuit waiting to happen.

They were out of UA socks and t-shirts. My daughter, the birthday girl, was supposed to have a free UA t-shirt included in her package & all the party guests were supposed to get free UA socks. But, no one got those. That let me know, immediately upon arrival, that this place is likely poorly managed.

Our Party Room had no A/C & was directly across from the skydiving attraction, which was VERY LOUD. We had the party room door open because the room was sweltering hot, but we couldn't hear each other talk with the door open b/c of the skydiving station.

Our party host Kamari? was nice, but useless. He spent 90% of his time using the skydiving attraction with his friends (other staff members). The TV was on the Roku homescreen but there was no remote or programming on.

When the food & drinks finally came, my pizza order was wrong. Also, the chicken strips were raw in the middle and were not served with any dipping sauce or ketchup, etc. It took about 30 mins before we saw the host again to let him know this. We never got refills on our $20 drink pitchers either.

Many parents were complaining about how dirty the place was. Every hand sanitizer dispenser in the place was empty. I counted at least 10 of them. None had any hand sanitizer in them. There was trash & 2 empty pizza boxes on the floor by our party room when we got there. They were still there when we left 3 hours later. Most of the staff were sitting down talking or hiding out in that last party room at the end of the hall (1 of which had working A/C). There was no management walking around checking anything. We were the only party upstairs, so we should have never been unattended. Ridiculous!

We were so excited for the go karts. Only 4 of them were working, and those 4 were raggedy. For a Sunday (weekend), that was not nearly enough. After an hour of waiting in line, 4 of my guests finally got to use the double seated go karts. The kids in the single seater cart line, finally gave up after 1.5 hours of waiting in the long line. They never got to ride. Also, there was a huge puddle of water and scattered trash at the go kart attraction entrance. It was a terrible slip hazard.

Also, none of the massage chairs worked. The parents seated in them were upset and complaining about the terrible service & condition of the whole place. To me, it felt like Urban Air had been open for 24 hours straight, for like 5 days in a row, without any staff or managers present. No one was sweeping, cleaning, walking around to help, asking if anyone was okay, it was dark, damp, smelly, and uncomfortable. It felt ghetto, unsafe, & raggedy. It's too expensive for me to have that feeling.

PLEASE DO...

2024 update We are changing our membership to the Buford Urban Air location. The Snellville one is going downhill and run by a bunch of teens who just do whatever they want and open whatever sections they want whenever they want, we are done with this location. My kids are getting bored with it because everything is roped off and they never have VR opened for whatever reason, so it's time to switch. To be honest it's dirty with a bunch of ghetto teens sitting around talking doing nothing, drive a little further to the Buford location.

2023 We will never do a birthday party here EVER AGAIN, but I have the membership which is much better to just come play and leave. They are changing and going through more drastic measures to make sure the trampolines are not overcrowded and kids do not get hurt, which is great. I think with some more work they are slowly getting there and my kids love coming here once a week.

Zero stars for birthday parties. Not worth the money I spent. (About $400). Okay, it's been a while where I have done a birthday party outside of my home, but my daughter's birthday is December 24, and she really wanted to have a birthday party and not do it at home. First we walk in were told which room we had, (no decorations included, which I knew) our host comes in doesn't really explain anything but drops off socks and disappears, seems friendly.

No problem, so I advise everyone there to put the socks on and go play, while I wait for others to arrive. The room was so hot and stuffy we were ready to get out.

The kids are playing and running around and get in line to get on everything included, well they dont have the bracelets. No problem, I go looking for our host, go to the front to page her, walk around some more can't find her, after asking another host all they said was, "well if we see her we will let her know you are looking for her." 20+ minutes later we finally give up and go to one of the other workers at the far left side desk and ask for a manager, she was nice enough to also give us our passes so the kids could begin to get on everything.

Waiting another ten minutes the manager comes and so does our very angry host, who we have not seen since we got there. While calmly explaining what our problem was, she begins to yell, "what's the problem!?" "I was looking for you!?" Then proceeded to scream, "I gave them their bands!" I calmly looked to the young lady who called the manager for us and asked her, "ma'am did you give us the bands because we could not locate our host?" She calmly replied, "yes I did."

When I mean this lady was literally screaming the entire time myself and the manager were calmly talking, even he apologized, and took over himself for the remainder of the party. When I mean I will NEVER book a party here EVER AGAIN. I WILL NEVERRRRR. When I was waiting for them to page her, I spoke with another young mom who had just closed up her party and had similar complaints to mine and was also waiting.

One star because the kids had fun and another star because the manager was so friendly and apologetic and tried so hard to make it right. The host was horrendous, I booked the place because we were assured they were there to handle everything with it being our first time there, but we literally were just thrown in a room and left to figure everything out, I could've saved a BUNCH of money just paying for them to get in and play, everything else was a complete waste and I will never do it again.

Pay for each child to play and leave, the parties to us were not worth it, very...

Paid for a VIP birthday party for today (not cheap at all of $600) I expected exceptionally service. First, we came in , there were 3 or 4 ppl at the door to greet us. They had everything together as were our room and our hostess was and they sent us to our party room! Our first hostess, went over everything with us, put the bands on the kids and they went to play. Another kid came (she had the bands the kids needed) we had to run around that place to find her again (I shouldn’t have to look for her). Not even 10 minutes later something happened with our hostess. Nothing we did. So another kid came, I went right up to the front area along with my husband to ask our hostess for the bands for another kid. She along with 6 or 7 ppl having an intense conversation. Our hostess told someone else to tend to us. I now know the manager ( short with eye lashes) came over put the bands on the new kid from our group. Y’all I walked up stairs another hostess came up, she said I am now your new hostess. I said what happened to our last one. She said I can’t say. She said if you need anything let me know. I don’t want to be looking for the hostess for anything. We paid to much money, for the package, I expected our hostess to be more attentive. I lost 5 pounds going up and down the stairs running after 7 kids I will not do the same for the hostess that should have at least come to check on us at least ever 15 minutes. 2:00pm came I called the kids up to eat, but the pizza was not ready. By 2:18 I told the kids to go play again. The pizza finally arrived at 2:35pm the kids are at the sky drive area. The new hostess gave me gloves n told me I can pass out the food.. now I paid over $600 dollars.. you suppose to do that. The kids finally came in at 2:40pm to eat and sing happy birthday. Now I’m pissed because now we feel rushed because we have to be out the room by 3. I go down to have a conversation with the manager. Guess who the manager was ( short lady with eyelashes) I told her the food was suppose to be in The room by 2:15pm. The pizza is not ready the drinks are not in the room.. she said I could let you stay in the room longer ,but there is a party right after yours. So I would comp some of the bill, I said ok. 3:05pm Check out time: I go to the checkout counter no one is there. I asked 5 ppl can someone check me out. They said only managers can check me out.. I stood there for 10-20 minutes no manager. (Check the camera) A manager finally show up, with a guy, she ignored me. I told them I needed to check out. They lady got table cloths out the cabinet behind the party counter and told the young man To go get someone else to check me out. I then saw a girl that said I will be right with you. I stood there another 3-5 minutes. I went to sit down after that. I let the kids play some more. 4pm we were leaving. I saw a guy behind the party counter. I told him, hey I waited a while to get a manager to check me out the first time, can you get someone to check me out. He said I got you. The lady that told me she will be right with me came out and checked me out, the manager comp the extra pizza I bought. She asked me would I be giving a tip, I said no ma’am. Now, I am big on tipping, but I did all the work. It was not a pleasant experience! I would never recommend this location to ANYONE for a...
