Update (October 2025): I visited again today and had amazing experience with Lance!

I visited Natural Body Spa in Snellville with my friend Louise, and we both had such a wonderful experience. My massage therapist, Lance, was absolutely excellent. He used techniques I’ve never experienced before — including some phenomenal pressure point work that completely released the tension in my shoulders, neck, scalp, and lower back.

Lance was incredibly professional and attentive. He asked where I wanted him to focus and made sure every area received thoughtful attention. I especially appreciated how respectful and mindful he was — as a male therapist, he made me feel completely comfortable and safe the entire time. Even when I had a sudden hot flash, he immediately adjusted to help me cool down.

The entire atmosphere was quiet, relaxing, and rejuvenating. He even stretched my arms and legs, which added an amazing finishing touch. I also received a body scrub that left my skin feeling smooth and refreshed — it was truly exhilarating!

Louise also enjoyed her massage (though we can’t recall her therapist’s name), and we both agreed we’ll definitely be returning. Thank you, Lance, and the entire team at Natural Body Spa Snellville, for such a fantastic experience!

(Original review 2024- 2 stars) My massage was ok. He was inexperienced and his technique needed work. He worked both sides of my back at the same time; shuffling from side to side. There was no methodology to his approach. He appeared young and still needed training. I don’t hold it against him, but I think NBS must do a better job of ensuring that inexperienced massage therapists receive more training or are provide some oversight, if possible. He seemed unsure of himself and unskilled. As for my husband, he said that he did not receive a deep tissue. A deep tissue massage costs more. We had a couples massage so we were in the same room. His person was very loud. She did not use soft tones. It was not a relaxing experience. Overall, I was let down. I have been there several times over the years since they opened, and this is the second time I have been let down. The majority of the times I have had a good experience. This was my husband first time and I am disappointed because I highly recommended this location. It was our anniversary and we left feeling...

Although I do not usually post reviews even less bad reviews since all are base in own self experiences-opinion, I can not hold on this experience. I had visit this place before for massage and pedicure, good enough to visit again, however this time was very different. I called for appointment for a massage and facial. Upon arrival I was informed that facial will be performed before the massage, I was not happy with that since it does not make sense - to me. Anyway, since the only option was to wait 15 min to ask someone for potential swift without certainty I just proceed - they are suppose to be the experts on this. Anyway, after a nice facial were I paid extra for the use of Hyaluronic acid to enhance hydration I proceed with the massage. Although the massagist was very sweet and attend to my needs, she still needs to gain some experience, short in technique, I feel like I was submerge in a creamy experience but muscle nots were not address at all for a signature massage. Anyway, we all need to learn at some point, however, the face pillow cover had bad smell, either to bleach, sweat hair or just wheat foam, in your face after a facial - really?. She kindly add some oil drops to the pillow cover as I asked for, nevertheless, very unpleasant experience. I placed some paper towel to the face pillow and as expected those ended stocked to my face and several lines due to the pressure. I should know better, after a facial taking all the drainage to your neck and chest increasing local blood flow to your face to later blockage it, is not an acceptable practice. Although the facial left me with a very comforting feeling - what I paid for - it ended with a bloating heavy feeling, weight sensation on my neck and headache. It will not happy to me again, I hope neither to you ever. I work hard, with etic and very responsible in my deliveries, this is not acceptable FOR ME Thank you Natural Spa Massage Snellville - this was my BD present to myself - I don't have to explain the rest. I scheduled services for the day of my birthday. They were prompt and on time, they actually called me to check that I was coming because I was two minutes late! Everyone was kind and friendly. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. I feel that The services were worth the money. I had a 60 minute massage, a hour facial, a manicure and the signature pedicure in the zero gravity chair. No one pushed me to upgrade or buy products. I didn’t know but they give a birthday discount, the woman who did my facial told me to ask at the desk when I checked which I did ask and did receive a discount because it was my birthday. The pedicure in the zero gravity chair was really good! The chair is I assumed, so much so that I was thinking I should not have scheduled the service that it wasn’t going to be worth it. I was pleasantly surprised! They offer you a blanket and eye mask take them both and thank me later. Then they lay you back and down and raise your feet up!!! I almost starting snoring. The concept it simple and the chair looks unassuming but it was really good! I gave four stars and not five because in my opinion the nail area could use a more calming atmosphere...
