I visited the Nocross Location today and this was my experience. I entered the store and began looking through the soap section. I moved from this section to the vitamin section and I again moved to another section of the store; having observed that I was being watched by a white female wearing blue pants. Next I went to the front counter and requested assistance from a young man, who offered no assistance. I again asked him for assistance with vitamins, he pointed to an african american female and asked her to help me and she did. The african american female assisted me with the vitamins; happened to again observe the whilte female in close proximity, visibly looking and listening to my conversation. I am a long standing customer of this business and have referred so many of my friends to this business. I have never been treated so poorly as i was today. I willnot spend not another dime in this store, if this is how you treat senior african american people. VERY DISSAPPOINTED by the staff, their lack of professionalism and rascist antics!!!! This is 2019, i thought business people are suppose to treat all...
Read moreThe Snellville store manager and longtime associate man, have both been 'not nice' to my family or to me. We now have to travel from Winder to North Druid Hills to buy our supplements, without nasty encounters with the Snellville duo. My daughter spends over $100.00 on a regular basis, at Good Nutrition stores in both cities, and 2 counties away. The current manager has argued with me, ignored me, and she was just as problematic when she arrived 4 yrs ago, as a clerk. The man has never talked to me, in his 4 or whatever years there. My last time I entered that store, the man walked toward me, and said something nasty, and gave me the scariest look he could, rolled his eyes, and walked off. He's done this numerous times. I shouldn't have to go to North Druid Hills store, 40 miles away, to buy vitamins, because of the two people in the Snellville...

Upon entrance of the store an older gentleman(I believe his name was Andy) stood at the register, looked at us, and turned his head as if he never noticed us. We continued to browse through the store and the same gentleman walked past us numerous times to ask other customers if he could offer any assistance to THEM but never offered the same to us. My 10-year-old son said “ Mom, he never offered us any assistance.” Together, we left the store without hesitation. I assist many clients with their Health/Wellness needs and I have made sure, and will continue, to share my experience with...
