They are a rip-off. They charged $15 for a battery replacement that cost $10. I requested that they open the watch and remove the hour hand that had fallen off after being dropped on the floor. I returned to pick it up the next day and was told they could fix it because they couldn't find the arm. They did say they can take the hand from the smaller watch on that same watch. But the cost would cost $30. I went home and opened the back cover, and there was the hour arm lying in open view. I called back and talked to the owner, asking her why she told me they had opened it and didn't see it. She immediately hung up the phone and placed a block on my number after I called 10 times to only receive the mailbox is full.
