American Deli — Restaurant in Snellville

I came into this restaurant tonight around 7:30pm and I must say it will be my last! The young lady that they had at the counter tonight has no customer service skills at all! Not polite and I get people have bad days but when you walk in she didn’t greet nor respond to our greet. She just had a blank look on her face. As she fixed the drinks her way of getting our attention was “HERE” not excuse me your drinks are ready but “HERE” ( mind you we are not even standing at the counter) as we wait for our food she addresses another lady “Did you want white or wheat bread?” Not ma’am would you like .... just rude then she playing on her phone and i her hair and handling people food and never did i see her wash her hands. 1-Star Review I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at American Deli. I ordered a 10-piece wing combo with beef fried rice and made it very clear that I didn’t want any vegetables in the rice. Not only did they ignore my request about the vegetables, but they also gave me plain fried rice without the beef — which I’m pretty sure I paid for.

It’s frustrating to give specific instructions and still receive the wrong order. I didn’t get what I paid for, and it’s not the first time I’ve had issues with accuracy at this location. If I can’t trust the staff to follow a simple order, I’ll have to take my business...

Tonight was my first order. The " Greak lamb flat bread" had no Tazikki sauce and very little meat. No napkins. No drinks. Over priced for poor taste and shameful under cooked chicken fingers. No salt or any ketchup for frozen fries. I will never order here again. I was also let down by the Uber Eats driver. They never let me know they delivered. I was sitting by my front door and I have the ring app. They didn't ring the bell or knock.
