Well, the first time I dropped off 5 items that were returned in an awesome display... this time I dropped off 4 items that were returned in another awesome form along with superior customer service! I have grown to call and trust no one else but Eric when it comes to preserving items that I want to hang in the "man cave". When visiting the shop, all I have to do is bring what I want done and Eric will take the uncertainty/guess work out of it for you. He is a very knowledgeable and patient man when it comes to dealing in his craft. He has assisted in making my man cave area the envy of my friends and has continued to value me as a customer in the process. Case in point: There's a framed jersey that my son received as a senior gift from Middle Tennessee... well, in the rush to get it back on the wall after our remodel, it was accidentally knocked over and shattered - on a Tuesday of Thanksgiving week mind you! So, after calling the shop and speaking with Donna (who has a great personality also) she told me to bring it In & she'll explain to Eric with hopes he'll have it ready early the following week. Needless to say, Eric had it ready the next day at no charge! This is definitely service that you don't get these days, therefore, I'm truly glad I have made contact with Snellville Framing & Fine Art. And by the way, I have 6-8 more items that's ready to go straight there for Eric's...

Snellville Framing and Fine Art is a high quality store without the high prices, and I am so glad I found them! The owner is knowledgeable, personable, and a huge fan of art, and it shows in his work. I came in with an oversized art print (30x40) and an idea of how I wanted it framed. He gave me two ways of framing and quotes for art glass and regular glass—no pressure to buy, just giving us the information. I appreciate that he wanted to give us options that were in our budget. I chose a floating mat and maple frame with an inch border around, and the price was more than reasonable. He completed the framing in 3 business days (!) and even helped us carry it to the car. The most impressive thing is that Eric remembers every person’s art piece, without even needing to look it up. It’s a personal touch that I found remarkable, compared to other shops I’ve been to (which were prohibitively expensive). The shop does also showcase Eric’s own work which is really cool! All in all, I would trust Eric with framing any keepsakes or cherished art...

I drove 35 minutes further to this place than my nearest custom frame place and I wasn't disappointed. This business has the highest ratings for a reason. The owner is very professional and knew exactly what would look great around the picture. He gave me 5 options to start with (you can have limitless options,just FYI) and all of them were hard to choose from which one was the best. The price was a little higher than expected, but when you provide the best service and product, it's to be expected. After all, I didn't expect fine wine for the price of a beer. The timeline that was quoted was spot on and needless to say, I'll be going back for my next piece to be framed....
