If I can give a zero I would.I went to this location to purchase an 8 piece box everything was fine until I got home and realize I didn’t get my biscuits. I then called and spoke with a gentleman that says I should come back to the store to get my biscuits I then told him I live 20 minutes away that I would come back tomorrow. I walked in the store today to ask about my biscuits I was then looked at like I was lying. I was told that they didn’t have proof that I came to their location yesterday. I remembered the young lady that waited on me in drive thru because we joked yesterday, today she said that she didn’t remember me. I reminded her that they were out of wings yesterday and that she offered me breast and thighs. She again denied waiting on me. They then ask for a receipt I told them I didn’t have one, Finally after me describing everything that occurred yesterday they reluctantly they gave me the biscuits, which I then gave back because of the accusation. I went back to my car to look for the receipt which I found and took into the store. The lady now responded we not giving you another biscuit because you didn’t want the first one and we can’t just give out free food. I was rudely treated and insulted over items that they failed to put in my box. There was no apology for the accusations nor was there an apology for not providing me with everything that I paid for. Read moreI placed an order with the app, believing that it would speed up the process. You know, “Skip the line” and all that. Wrong. You still have to wait in the drive-thru line, which is wrapped around the building, to pick up your food. No curb-side delivery, and the doors are locked so no in-store pickup. I even tried calling to see if someone could explain the pickup process to me, just to be sure, and no one answered and couldn’t leave a message. Inbox is full of complaints, I’m guessing. I’ve already been sitting here in the drive-thru line for 15 minutes and only moved 3 car-lengths. I don’t care how good the food is. I won’t be back.
Update: I finally got to the ordering kiosk and was told to pull around and park, and then someone would bring my food to my car. I did that. Waited a few more minutes. Had to tap on the window with my keys to get someone’s attention, then explain why I am here. She went to see about my food. She was nice. Now a gentleman has allowed me into the lobby while my food is cooked. Too many complaints about cold food, he said, so they don’t start cooking a pickup order until you get here. That’s fair. And he knew exactly what my order was, so that’s nice. They keep checking in with me, telling me it’s in process. And I got a free orange juice (!) out of the whole ordeal. I arrived at 5:45pm. Read moreI placed a drive thru order and was told at the speaker there was a 10min wait for grilled chicken. I agreed. After paying I was asked to pull to a parking spot.15 mins later I went inside & was stared at by staff as I stood at the counter, no greeting. I asked about the order & was told the grilled chicken wasn't ready. 5 mins later I was handed my order. I said thank you, staff said nothing. Per Google reviews this is typical @ this location, unkind and rude. I returned to my car & found my biscuit didn't have cheese, that I paid for. Back into the store & again stood at the counter to no acknowledgement. I grabbed their attention & stated the issue. The woman took my opened food back to the kitchen, added cheese & brought it back out. It didn't go out of my view (Is this a health code violation?). I said thank you & received attitude as if I was the problem. 23 mins after ordering I was finally able to leave. There is a clear lack of leadership/management issue at this store. I live 5 mins away & this has been the typical experience for several years. Yet every 3-4 months I attempt another try. This was my last time as I WILL NOT be back.
