A facial and massage was booked for me as my Mother's Day gift. My appointment was for 1pm but I eagerly arrived at 12:30pm because I knew that I had paperwork to be filled out. As I walked through the door as the owner and a male employee was also walking through the door. Both of them greeted me and welcomed me to the establishment. The receptionist asked if I had an appointment. I told her yes and that it was booked for 1pm. She thanked me for coming in early and proceeded to give the paperwork. I filled out the paperwork where I specified what areas needed to be worked on and the type of pressure. She offered me wine. I said I'll take water but can I use the restroom first. The male employee graciously showed me where it was. That's when the female employee who would be my masseuse walked out. At this time it's around 12:50pm. I go back up front and sit back down. Everyone one goes to the back the phone is ringing and no one is answering it. The receptionist came back up and I looked at my phone and I notice that it's 1:00 p.m. and no one is saying anything about my masseuse running late. Eventually the owner comes back up at 1:15pm and tells me the masseuse will be up shortly. She then walks me back to the room and said your masseuse is Carla or Carly and to undress and lay face down. It is now 1:24pm. The masseuse walks in and I noticed it was the lady from the bathroom because of her shoes. She never introduced herself but she asked what was I there for. I confusingly said well I'm here for a facial and massage. She said for how long. I said I don't know I didn't book the appointment. She left the room for the first time, I guess to get clarification. She come back in and says you have an hour massage and facial. She never asked what areas were bothering me or the type of pressure. She sat her cellphone on my butt and proceeded to type into it. I assumed she set the timer but it was unacceptable. She started using very light pressure and I asked her to use firmer pressure because it wasn't doing anything for me. She would get firmer and the go light again. She didn't cover me back up after she finished an area. The sheets got wet after wiping off the oil. She left the room a total of 8 times getting supplies and then finally getting the facial equipment. She never massage the front of me and only one arm. She wasn't sure facial steamer was placed correctly. By this time I was over it. After the facial the receptionist asked how it was and told her and the male employee. I asked if the masseuse was new. they both said yes. I said it was horrible. I proceeded to let them know what happened. He apologized. The receptionist asked more questions and then apologized. The receptionist was having a hard time getting the gift card to work. So I called the person who went in person to booked the appointment to find out how much was on the card because they told me it was declining. He told me $165. However they were charging me $170 something. They finally ran the gift card for the $165 and it worked. I wasn't offered any kind of remedy to try to rectify the situation. No one even apologized for her being late for my appointment I'm disappointed in the service. The service and professionalism was way below subpar. I just expected better I walked out with no relief. Additional training is definitely needed. They have definitely lost a customer which is sad because I was looking for a place I could go to weekly to...

Booked a couples massage for my wife’s 50th birthday. It was our first time in this location and our first time doing a couples massage. From the time we walked in, we were greeted with but not overwhelming smells of flowers, and perfumes which instantly relaxed you. We quickly filled out some paperwork and were offered a glass of wine. If you go get the Pineapple wine, it is delicious. Next we went in the room to prepare. The massage technicians came in the rooms and began to go to work. The skill that was utilize is obvious that they love what they are doing. I went with a soft touch do to some other health issues and my wife chose the medium touch. Even with the soft touch, I could still feel the pressure and the relaxation. My technician worked my shoulders and back problem areas for me. The skill and precision that she used to go from one area to the next was truly relaxing and I may have nodded off. After the massage was over we received facials. Again this was a first and since we had an event to go to later in the week, we chose the mild beginners facial. Consisted of steam, and a few other techniques provided by the technician. The experience of the facial was just as good as the massage experience. Totally relaxing, educated about what was being done, and ability to feel the results once completed. If you are in the area and looking somewhere to go for yourself, your spouse, as a couple or a gift you can give to someone else you can’t go wrong with Me Time Atlanta. Just be prepared to be pampered...

My husband bought my mom and I a Groupon here for our birthday. The massage was good but we were charged an additional 20$ service fee and that was not listed on the Groupon or when we booked. I'm giving 1 star due to the lack of transparency. This fee wasn't listed on the reminder as well. So know that even though you book and or pay for a Groupon they are still charging you more. Update..the owner did call me after seeing my review bc she was confused. She was upset that I didn't speak with her 1st to understand the charge. She said that normally the service would be 180 and they don't make money from Groupon. She also said " im sorry you didn't read the sign when you walked in". I did hang up bc I didn't like the tone or being over talked. She sent me many long messages after. And offered the service fee back. The call further ruined my experience and I explained I would have been willing to change my review if our convo was much better. She felt I was trying to ruin her business with a 1 star review. Let me say this The massages were amazing, the place is beautiful and clean my experience wasn't the best but my mom's was. But now that you all know of the extra fees you will be charged you should book with them bc everything else...
