Well this was the worst service I have ever received in 48 years of eating at their stores.they were out of chili.my hash browns were undercooked.and not topped like I asked for and paid for,and I also tried to order a pork chop plate after she finished my order and was denied that order because she was closing the store early because they were short staffed and this was at 1:00 am ? Makes no sense to me why, stay open till then if your understaffed, I work in restaurants before myself I have never told a customer they couldn't have a meal because it was time to close. That's absurd. The girl working there that night I'm not sure what her name was but the store was on highway 78 in lilburn right across from where the old Golden corral used to be. I would never go back there to eat ever again. And she should be fired. Because that is no way to treat a customer. And if you're reading his blog you know who you are and what you did was wrong. I will never come to your restaurant ever again I will tell all my friends not to eat your restaurant ever again I will tell everybody I meet not to eat there ever again. Sincerely the customer.I think I will call corporate office and tell them about my experience because that's just not right that was terrible I've never been treated like that ever in any other restaurant anywhere in the world or in Georgia for...

Waited 20 min for a booth the lady at the entrance very nice .... but when we got a booth ....We werenāt even greeted with a āGood morningā our waiter a tall African American man which Iām describing cause I donāt know heās name ....One of my kids got the napkin with the utensils closer to him and snatched it from him!!! I didnāt say a thing... When he came back he didnāt ask for our drinks nothing ...he asked ā What do you wanna eat?ā I started the order and he asked in a very rude voice ....ā how you want your eggs .... hash browns .....etc..ā I made one order and I asked one of my kids what she wanted to drink he raised his voice and in a really rude way ā What drink ??!!ā I just said āgive a sec Iām asking my daughterā .... he rolled his eyes and left the table .... I got up and left... I understand is hard work to deal with customers every single day but if you can keep up with your work donāt be there we want a nice service weāre not asking for nothing for free... the least we want is to be treated ā Equallyā and not...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe Waffle House on Centerville Hwy is trash... and actually a -0 ā! We waited over 40min this morning for nothing... Nini took our order bought us a drink and never came back. No update on food, no refill on drinks, nothing. They yell across the restaurant, they talk about their tickets over customers and get personal visits which they stop doing their work to entertain. My table and another table both ended up leaving the restaurant because they were taking too long. Several people with to-go orders came and went but the customers who actually was sitting at tables (who came before the others) waiting for service was slept on. We ended up leaving to go to another location (Hwy 78 - across from Golden Coral) who was fast, nice and the food was good! Also had a chance to speak to the District Mgr Kevin who was awesome and made sure we were taken care of. We eat at WH a lot, and to get this from the location that's closest to me is frustrating because now I have to go further to get good service. Sad no one values customer...
