I keep buying from Indigenous & having it shipped to Miami because Britney has really unique pieces & just makes the whole process easy. I want unique items that are clearly not from any chain furnishing store. This has been a great source!

After I bought a river bench from Indigenous, I was looking for similar in particular sizes. Britney wound up making me three custom river benches! She helped me pick the wood that it would be made from & layout of the epoxy rivers. The type of epoxy I wanted etc. We even made a custom shape one for an odd corner I have in a room. Great place for guests to set their small / medium bags on. Everything showed up yesterday perfect!

I highly recommend Indigenous & if you don’t see what you’re looking for ask Britney. She can probably either find it for you or make it for you!

Shout out to Brittney and John at Indigenous by Lu Rae. I was looking for a unique one of a kind table and Cedros Design district has a few shops that fit the bill. Indigenous by far has the most unique wood tables and highest quality. Not the mention the most reasonable. They are not cheap but you get the highest quality and they don't gouge you like some others. They have a showroom on at their store on Cedros. I was like a kid in a Candy store. My wife and I were in LaJolla in Feb 2019 and a local told us we needed to head to Cedros Ave in Salona Beach if we were looking for unique furnishings. We happened upon Indigenous by La Rue. Brittany showed us a number of beautiful slabs of wood that would make a beautiful table. While I wasn't planning to make a purchase that day, we found a perfect piece of tamarind with a live edge and bought it.
