St Mary's Market Place — Local services in Solomons

I find their prices to be higher than average on every item I have looked at in the store when compared to other, local stores. They sometimes have good sales, but other stores generally tend to offer the same type of sales in the buy blank and get blank free ones as the price of the items has higher it's actually cheaper to either have other stores price match if they'll price match those kind or just wait for the other store to run the sale. Their employees are rather helpful, normaly, but I don't like the way you check out it's almost as if they expect every person coming in is hiding things in their cart although it is nice to not have to put the things up on the conveyor belt myself it makes it hard to keep track of what goes in what bag. I like to always stick my cold items up on the belt together so they get back together so I know where they are when I take them home. on the plus has the store is extremely large and if you like fresh food or are there just to buy hot food to eat there is ample to choose from. Kiddo loves the serve your self free cookies.

Just tried again priced produce at $0.50-$0.70+ cents a lb higher than the store I ended up going to. The store that I saw was clean and neat, well stocked, and well staffed but I didn't check out a lot of the store as I was using it for convenience but over 10 lbs of produce...

It's probably the best grocery option in town. But.......it's laid out weird. Huge store, almost too big because it took forever to find everything. Was not impressed with fresh seafood options and the case was not nicely arranged, sloppy and in need of attention. Attitude of guts working there reflected the same. Lots of wasted whatever in the prepared section several things totally empty, wing bar, soups notta. Again not tidy. W grocery options between California, Solomon's and lusby could use some shaking up....

Very nice atmosphere in a well maintained grocery store. Im able to find special organic, and otherwise exotic foods that aren't found in my other grocery stores. Plus the variety makes this an awesome shopping experience! Cannolis, Sushi, and Pizza All Freshly Made!!☆ Oh yeah the seafood display is always colorful, as is the lovely florist rite in the middle! I really, really love Harris Teeters!!!! I'm sure you will enjoy...
