Hits all the right notes!

This was my first time trying this place and it won't be my last.  From start to finish, everything was first rate.

My online created Grab & Go was ready early.  They automatically included napkins and plastic utensils with my order (minor, but not all places remember to do this on carryout orders).  All the items for my "build your own bowl" were great quality, accurate to my order, and well prepared... it was delicious.

Good or bad, I hold full judgement of a place until I have tried it at least twice; I like to make sure good/bad, that my first experience wasn't an exception to the normal. But, with how organized and well run things were, I have little reason to believe a second visit would be anything but another example of excellence!

Mezeh recently came to California, MD. It was a must stop by everytime you go to VA but now it is in the neighborhood. Family pack is a good deal, yet not all dishes were fresh. Chicken shawarma was a little on the spicy side. With all due respect Lebanese taboulé is not at all Lebanese but I guess some kind of taboulé. When I picked up my order the pita bread was missing although that I asked to include it. I called the restaurant and in no time they delivered fresh pita bread to my door step. Outstanding customer service and a welcoming environment. Since it's Mediterranean mezza might as well get a Mediterranean Cuisine Chef or specialist. I will keep going back for more bites hoping that every time I will get a better experience than the one before it. If you're ever in California MD don't...

Food is good if you like the type and if you ever get it.. However, this is the absolute worst place to do an online or app order. Multiple times they have not completed the order correctly. Don't order more than one item because this store cannot handle it. Ordering for a large family, get home and multiple items are missing. The store refuses to do a refund and wants you to drive 30 minutes back to their store to pick up now cold food. Calling the store, we are missing the shawarma dream I said, they said oh I see it sitting right here on the counter. They forgot to put it in the bag. Come get it. They said.. I am not driving 30 minutes to come get it. Well sorry I am busy, nothing I can do for you. I'll talk to my manager but I have stuff to do and can't talk right now. Bye....
