I enjoyed the cold stone experienced. I love the bear and also the cream. I personally my favorite order is a jumbo sized patty melt ice cream sandich. It fills me up and i dont eat dinner. I also like that the stone is cold where they craft your cream. very nice touch and a great pun in reference to the name... coldstone creamery... "cold, stone".. haha, get it? it took me a bit to understand this reference... However, I now have an idea for a competeing busineess that I believe will out perform Coldstone... Ladies and Gettleman, I introduce you to: Hotstone Creamery: You guessed it! We took the best part of colstone - the cold stone - and made it HOT!!! WE'll be racing to get your ice cream off the stone before it melts haha! I think its a fantastic schtick and im excited to take my idea to the bank for a loan. My introductory cream flavours are: grilled cheese, spaghenti, pasta, REuben, sauerkraut, bacon au-gratin, falafel, and of course, patty melt. (tuna melt too). DO NOT come to this ColdStone, the large Caucasian male with the glasses refused to serve me a sample when my partner and I are paying customers. When I asked why, he rudely responded about how they were closed and he wants to go home, even though we had walked in 5 minutes prior to 9pm. Then he aggressively threw my partners ice cream bowl across the counter and it was very clear that we were unwanted customers and he did not care about his customer service, as we noticed when we first arrived when he didn’t even greet us. It would’ve taken 2 minutes or less for me to have a sample and then choose my ice cream and leave before closing, but this employee didn’t even bother to make sure I paid for something I wanted. Read moreUpon entering the store with my son excited to pick-out a nice chocolate treat. There was three Caucasian young ladies working that I was able to see, neither one greeted me. They looked up as if I didn't belong. The tall caucasian young lady, with blonde hair, and wearing glasses had this blank nonchalant attitude. Made me feel as if my money was needed elsewhere. But because my son was anticipating a nice chocolate treat- I proceeded on with my purchase. There are no price on the chocolate treats inside the glass and the chocolate he picked was hard as a brick and cost $5.50. We order other things. I won't go back.
