Read moreLast weekend I arrived after the given pick up time on my mobile order. There were so many people standing around inside the store you could barely move. We are in the middle of a pandemic which is why I mobile ordered in the first place. When I gave my name at the pickup counter I was told there were several orders ahead of mine. I wasnât given an approximate time or an apology for the extra wait. It was going on a half an hour after the pickup time before I had my order. If you cannot serve orders in a timely manner at this point the very least you could do is ask people to wait inside their vehicles and being out the orders rather than expect them to stand around in a crowded restaurant. They give no option for this so it forces you to stand around in close proximity to so many others, or choose to wait outside and come back in to keep checking on an order with no approximate completion time. Other restaurants and businesses have set a good example of how it could be done so there is no good excuse to not serve safely. Before I posted a public review I reached out to the store and never received a single response so clearly no one cares. *edit: i received a letter in the mail with a gift card for $6 after...
