I used to be a Staples fan for the past 12 years in three different States. I am sick today and had to return an Amazon box. I rarely do this. This was the greatest turn off I have ever experienced. I walked to the place where I usually return my Amazon stuff and I haven’t been here for months. I used to print my artwork at staples- this will be the reason that they have lost a customer. Today, when I walked over there m, that woman at the counter did not even say Good Morning- just plain rude! There is a difference between being assertive and being rude. She was just pain rude the way she talked to me! I worked in retail for years and I am a Veteran- I have tact to speak to people- this person lacks any discipline on being polite and was disrespectful! Her thank you was filled with sarcasm! I will never go back there again and spend my money on them! They have lost a loyal customer while they had the opportunity to make it a pleasant experience- I felt repelled to spend there more time than I needed. So whatever you’re doing and whoever you’re hiring-make sure you keep the customer dignity alive! I did not approach this employee in any kind of attitude nor any negative way- is she has a bad day that is not my problem. Take responsibility for your behavior, this is not a job where you are rude to customers!...
Read moreNasty store and staff! Going to file a corporate complaint against them. They claim to fix iphone screens and replace batteries so I gave them mine for a battery replacement. Few hours following the repair, its home button stopped working and apparently they forced the screen in so it stayed under pressure for few hours then shattered. When I went back to them they said I already signed a waiver stating their irresponsibility for anything that happens after giving the phone back. What’s even worth is that the “new” battery they installed does not hold a charge and the phone dies in less than half a day on very light usage! I regret going to staples for a repair and actually completely stopped going into one of their stores after seeing how highly unreliable they are. I wish there was a 0 star rating - no idea what I am giving them...
Read moreI would give a minus if I could. I had a job that was 25 copies of one item. I did put it in late and explained my dilemma in a courteous friendly manner and did not receive any help. I have had issues in the past that needed same day and the staff was kind enough to look at the job to see if they can accommodate me especially since no one else was in the store. The employee took the time to stop several times when I tried to do it myself instead of just looking to see if she can help me. I'm guessing that if I acted like a child and made a scene I would have been helped. Good behavior is no longer rewarded...
