I always order dark roast, majority of the time i order ahead on the app. Well I ordered one wich came out perfect, my friend said he wanted the same thing, so i ordered another. The second one wasn't dark roast nor did it have the correct amount of pumps of white mocha or Toffee Nut.
For the 4th time now I have not been given dark roast coffee. If they put the rest in the first cup and need to brew more, I'll wait for some more (only 1:30pm). I have ordered dark roast and watch the girl literally put pike place in the cup, while dark roast is right next to it! A friendly "hey we just ran out, do you want to wait?" Wouldn't be so hard. I know this store is very busy, but if a customer orders a drink, that's what they're expecting. I just don't like it when they intentionally don't make the drink correct. And think because it's a mobile order I'll just grab it and walk out. I spend a lot of money here. Idk maybe they need a raise or something because they do a good job for the most part. Read moreWalked in on a Friday around 2:45PM and the cafe was pretty quiet. Ordered an iced latte via credit card and added a $1 tip. Waited 19 minutes and never received my drink, so I requested to cancel the order and receive a refund.
Refund was processed without issue however the refund did not account for the $1 tip. Why tip for something you a service you didn't receive? When I asked the cashier, she retrieved the manager. I was told that they do not have any purview over the billing system and I would have to call Starbucks to initiate the $1 refund. Sitting right in front of me was a tip jar with various $1 bills. When I asked if I could just take a $1 bill from the tip jar and go about my day, the manager was adamant that I could not.
To add the cherry on top, as I was leaving the barista told me my drink was ready. What she was holding in her hands was a hot latte, not the cold drink I had ordered. Of course I declined.
I'm now looking forward to sitting on the phone with Starbucks corporate for Lord knows how long to reclaim my $1. Corporate efficiency...
Read moreI go here every morning and get the same order. This morning I pull up to drive thru I noticed a lot of vehicles in line so after about 12 minutes in line I proceed to get my order. Normally I would pay close attention to how my drinks look. Today I’m on a call and just received my two drinks and proceeded on to work. I get to work and my colleague tells me that her drink tastes different from normal and in all honesty mine did as I sipped it driving. It wasn’t until she says we paid extra for caramel and it’s not in either cup…… me like duh you are absolutely correct. I called the establishment and explained what happened and she said just come in and we will replace it I’ll leave your name up front. So I go back and asked to speak to the manager and the barista says “I am the manager I showed her the picture with the time stamp on side my cup with the description.
