We needed to purchase a second bed for our home and decided to return to Mattress Warehouse of California as we had a great experience with our first purchase a few years ago. Once again we received the same excellent, educational service as we had before. We even had the same sales person, Natalia. I personally feel this says something about the company and how they must treat their staff. For a sales person to stay in such a position for that length of time, they must be happy in what they do. It has been years since we last came. And just like before Natalia took her time to educate us on the different types of mattresses. The financing options were explained thoroughly and very helpful. She even offered next day delivery! I truly wish we could have taken advantage of that but we both worked that day. So she set it up for the following day which worked out perfectly for us. The delivery truck even called us prior to arrival to let us know they were on their way. The delivery guys were on the ball and set up and removed our old bed in less than 30 min. I've been looking for a new mattress for 2 months. With so many different brands and types it's a little overwhelming. I had no idea which one was best for me. I have chronic low back pain and lately it's really bad in the morning when I get up so I know i needed a new mattress. I saw bedMatch advertised at Mattress Warehouse and decided to go in and give it a try. I spoke with Natalia and she explained how bedMatch worked and that it would recommend 6 types of mattresses that would be best for me. She was very knowledgeable about each mattress I tried and at no time did i feel pressured to purchase the more expensive ones.
