Me and my husband walked in to the Solon store and there were six employees all lounging about the showroom on their cell phones. I am going to be purchasing cabinets in the next week they looked very disinterested in my business. The one woman said she could help me if I was installing myself but if I was going to use a contractor they may want to use another supplier. I am a general contractor and have people I can choose but the 'qualifying" dhe attempted came off rude and arrogant and one of the other women laughed at the situation. I was honestly speechless so we walked out. I used Carter Lumber in Medina OH a decade ago and they were amazing. Unfortunately Carter Lumber Solon will not see any of my money ever.
