If I could give no stars, I would! Sorry, but not Sorry! Every single time I order from here, it's messed up, old food, or missing something! I don't know how hard it could be to follow directions! I said I wasn't going to use Door dash anymore. Every now And then I do. Door Dash should be ashamed too! I'm paying $30 for my order to be messed up. The time before this, I ordered a Cobb Salad, no dressing. No fork. Couldn't eat on my lunch. Who's eating salad with no dressing or eating utensils?? My next order was a 12 pc. Nugget with no sauce. You don't even have an option to pick the sauces anymore. You want ppl to buy a 8oz. Sauce for 12 nuggets! Then charge $2.49 for 4 more nuggets. Common sense would tell you to put a sauce in the bag. At least one. My milkshake, I ordered Strawberry, I got Vanilla. With no straw! So I guess everything I bought I can't eat or drink. I don't like Vanilla so I had to give it away! Never again! You literally have to call or go inside. Because nothing will be right. Majority of these places. Oh, they gave me...
Read moreI sat in the lobby and ate and oh my Goodness, there is an older gentleman named Paul that I feel so blessed to have been in the presence of. What a kind person. I don’t come across people this kind too often. He went above and beyond to make sure everyone in that lobby felt welcome and got everything they needed! Usually fast food workers will shoot you a fake smile, take your order and rush you out the way for the next order. No one seems to care about anything else. But this gentleman, he’s got to be Christian. He had the love of God/Holy Spirit, working through him, from him and all over him. What a blessing to witness! This is bigger than a fast food dining room experience. This is a “blessing to be in the presence of someone who loves God and takes kindness seriously” experience. Chick Fil-A owner and management of the Solon store on Som Center Road. I hope you take a moment to recognize Paul and be thankful that you have him at your store. God bless you all and thank you for the...

I placed an online order that was allegedly ready when I arrived at the store. The instructions on the app told me that my item was ready at the counter. When I went in, I ended up waiting another 10-15 minutes to get my order. When the young lady handed it to me, I was missing three drinks. Before I could mention that my order was inaccurate, she was off to help another customer with an order that was wrong. I ended up having to wait to she was finished with someone else, which took ANOTHER 5 minutes. How is this method efficient at all? I placed my order ahead of time, provided MORE than enough time for it to be prepared, arrived when instructed, and and still ended up waiting an extra 20-30 minutes. This is the service I typically receive from competitors. Not the almighty Chick-Fil-A!
I guess they are beginning to play down to the gutter level of customer service the OTHER chain...
