Our experience was not just bad, but dangerous. I would strongly advise not to use their inhouse pharmacy (which is not staffed by a pharmacist). Is that even legal? They mislabeled one of the three drugs prescribed. We returned to ask questions why we had two bottles of one drug and none of the other. They proceeded to acknowledge that one bottle was mislabeled, but downplayed the error. No problem, everyone makes mistakes. But to make matters worse we learned the dosage (pill size) was double the prescription. 'Take one 10mg pill 2x a day' The bottle also said 20mg pills and the pill itself had a 20 on it. I called a physician friend, having no confidence in the Solon Urgent Care Safe, and they said we were given twice the size pill as prescribed. I don't like to leave bad reviews, but I really do not think they should be able to administer drugs! Be careful, I was told by staff that I am apparently not the first person to complain...

April Cavallero should be fired with any licenses revoked. My husband and I came into this urgent care TWICE, both severely ill, and April sent us home each time without any testing or medication. The first time she told me verbatim “My teenager is also sick but she’s not out complaining. The flu is going around.” Sent home. Came back again 2 days later still desperately sick. Sent home AGAIN, told the “flu is going around.” We eventually drove to a Cleveland clinic location and both tested positive for strep and pneumonia!!!!!! She could have helped us weeks earlier but refused. She is incompetent and we will be reporting her to necessary...
Read moreNo complaints about the care. Went in at 8am on weekday. Didn’t have to wait. All the staff was friendly and kind. My issue happened a month later when I received the bill. I was charged for a 30 minute visit, which billing says it is because I was established as new patient. I have a UH pcp so don’t understand that. Regardless, the kind and knowledgeable NP saw me for not even 5 minutes. Did someone’s administrative duties take them 25 minutes? Perhaps. I was also charged $85 for a tetanus shot and $55 for the administration of the tetanus shot. Medicare does not pay for these shots at urgent cares! Who knew? Unfortunately I did not but a UH urgent care should know that. If they know, they should tell us. They claim they don’t know what...
