Burger Fresh — Restaurant in Solon

Needed somewhere fast to eat that wasnt typical fast food, stopped in here, walk in there was 4-5 employees not doing anything (Should have been a sign, since it was 5pm) ordered 3 burgers, they wrote down our order and the girl making everything was lost, couldn't figure anything out, had to keep correcting her, the girl checking us out didn't know how to ring up 3 burgers and 1 fry, might have been new , if so should have had better training or supervision. Ordered fries with no salt and they salted them. We were the only ones in the store at the time, how do 5 people screw up that bad. I will say the young man with tattoes took care of me and was apologetic and helpful. Also their internet was supposedly down so luckily I had cash, they didn't bother to mention it until we were checking out. This store desperately needs a manager or owner present. Won't be back...

I thought this was overall, a pretty good burger place, reasonably fast, and at competitive prices for their offerings.

The burger was cooked nice and there's a good deal of variety and customization available for their burgers. It's definitely a better burger than you'll get at fast food places. Their prices are fair, and compared to similar types of what you might call "higher class fast burgers." I would rather pay their prices given how good the burger was compared to other similar restaurants.

Employees weren't jolly but Iget it. I was expecting a way thicker burger. As soon as they through them thin patties on the grille I knew I wouldn't be impressed. The pickles were thicker than the meat, I don't ge the concept. Ingredients were fresh and the place was sparkling clean. I got fries with cheese and bacon and by the time I got home the cheese was stuck together so I couldn't really eat them they should maybe use a different type of cheese. I would eat here again but I'd definitely order a double and I would get regular fries. They are a bit expensive but so is Five Guys and so is whalburgers and whalbugers food is...
