Marc's Stores — Local services in Solon

Very limited variety of fruits, vegetables, and other grocery items. The food, except for the frozen foods, are kept very poorly. There were peaches and other produce all over the floor. The floors are FILTHY near the produce cases. Much of the produce was too old to buy, like the onions, peppers, and salad mix. The salad mix had actually turned brown in the bag. There was a bag of tangerines with a ton of little gnats all over the tangerines. They looked half rotted. I did not have the nerve or stomach to go near the meat case.

I ended up purchasing some index cards and a bag of pistachios. The pistachios are stale. Gross.

You may pay a few pennies more, but do yourself a favor and go to a real supermarket.

This place is truly unfit to sell food.

I tried to pick up some home and garden supplies but was blocked from getting to them by some kids and their parents playing ball in the aisle.

I rated service poorly because I did not see one associate the whole time I was there. The customers at that store are a bit on the wild side and I think there needs to be an employee cleaning up some of the food, toys, clothes, and other items that are strewn on the floor and out of place throughout the store. It would have been nice if someone had asked the people and their kids to stop blocking the isle and to buy one of the balls and go to the park.

The owner of this chain of stores should be ashamed of himself. He does very little to maintain the appearance or even the inventory in far too many of these stores. I've been to a few others and they're not any better. This trip was a complete waste of time. I could not buy any of the items I needed and the the one thing I did get was stale. I can't see myself going back...

If you're from out of town and have never been to a Marc store it is one of the most unusual most inexpensive amazing places / bargain stores that you cannot possibly ever they are very good quality products for a very very low price!. There items are very good quality items add an extremely extremely extremely low price. You will not at all be disappointed whatsoever by shopping at enmark store other than their clothes out bargain items.they have food items beauty products except her that you can purchase from their storeyou can get dog food you can get clothes and get beauty products you can get alcohol you can get smokes you-name-it you can purchase it at the most extremely low cost possible toI come in from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania and I literally go to every Mark store in the state of Ohio several times once a month just because they have the most amazing deals high-quality product at such a low price it is very much worth your time going and check it out and Mark store in...

I have given this location multiple visits and I am consistently let down. Each time I visited this store the checkout lines are horrendous. 2-3 lanes open, people forming lines going down the middle of the aisles. And the worst part is that it doesn't matter what time you go there! I have never gone to any other Marc's at 2 or 3 in the afternoon and had to wait 20+ minutes in line. Management clearly could care less about customer satisfaction. I have gone there about once a month for 6 months and finally said screw it, I don't care if I pay more or have to go to Aldis or Giant Eagle, I will never be back. Also, the deli meat counter is abandoned from an employee most of the time, that guy needs to go. He could care less. I personally experienced it and then saw a disabled woman screaming for help for over minutes. This Marc's is comparable to waiting in line at Walmart, Steelyard.
