Play Union — Local services in Somerville

My daughter and I had a wonderful time here at Play Union. I been wanting to visit for a long time now but since their weekends are reserved for parties the opportunity was not there.

I wasn't expecting too much from the pictures posted online since the space didn't look that big but after coming here they are filled with little toys that kept my daughter happy for hours. Most of the indoor space around the area would be bigger but lacked the small toys so that was very appreciated.

The owner and staff here were all very friendly and it's quite nice they have regular events similar to public libraries. Definitely well worth your time to pay a visit when it's not so easy to play outside.

Since it's in the middle of Somerville parking can be little difficult but they do have couple of spots in the lot next to them so that...

Went to a birthday party and my 2 year old loved it!!! There was so much in there for her to play with. It is a smaller area, but it was great! I did not have to worry about my daughter getting hurt or lost. She was able to move around without me constantly chasing after her. She was able to pick and choose what she wanted to play with, play by herself, or with other children. There were a variety of different toys. The place was so clean (besides when kids were playing with the toys), the staff were good at quickly cleaning up areas kids left. The staff were extremely friendly and sweet. I love that you can do drop in play days. I look forward to going in some more times...

I highly recommend this place! Everything was absolutely perfect, and the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and easygoing. We held our son's 2nd birthday party there, with 15 kids and around 20 adults in attendance, yet it didn't feel crowded at all. The venue is lovely, with plenty of toys to keep the little ones entertained. The dining area is also very useful, allowing you to keep an eye on the kids as they play while you relax and enjoy good conversation and food. Absolutely fantastic - I can't...
