We purchased a 2025 Sierra 2500 from Sierra Motors. Frank was our sales associate and he was very helpful without being pushy. He knew all the ins and outs of the truck and was super informative during the test drive. We are both veterans, and Frank also helped us get registered on the GMC website so we could get the military rebate. They gave us a great price on our trade in too. Chad did our financial paperwork and was very nice, explaining everything in detail. Overall we were very happy with our experience! We had been to other local dealerships, but the service wasn't great (too pushy, rude, etc). One of them actually treated us as if we weren't going to be able to afford a new truck. They didn't even give us the time of day. I guess because my husband was in his work clothes and looked dirty, they assumed we weren't wealthy enough? It was quite embarrassing actually. But everyone at Sierra Motors was welcoming and they have great customer service! Highly recommend!

I Purchased my new 21 Chevy Trail Boss from Kenny back at the end of August. I live about 300 miles away so everything was handled over the phone. Kenny and the staff at Sierra Motors were extremely courteous and professional. Kenny is very knowledgeable. Even though the truck was not available he kept me updated and was quick to answer all my questions. Given the current climate of the auto industry, Sierra Motors was very fair in the negotiations. They were able to convert my cloth seats to a very high quality grade leather that I think is better than factory. The were also able to upgrade my seats that had heated to include cooling that are far better than the cooling seats on my previous GM vehicle. Mike in finance went out of his way to help complete the process and help me protect my truck. I have already referred them a couple of customers who were very pleased. Even though they are not near by, I will continue to recommend them.

Great customer service! I custom ordered a vehicle and originally went to another dealership. The other dealership was rude and tried talking me out of what I wanted so they could try to sell me something on the lot they did not care about what I wanted. I canceled my order with that dealership and came here! They were amazing and more than happy to help me with my custom order i even upgraded what i wanted becuase they took the time to go over all the options with me unlike the other dealership, Ricky ensured I got everything I was looking for!

I wrote the review below on Sunday, and got a call from Steve, the service manager on Monday morning. He was completely unaware of the problems I had with his staff and my situation. He took complete responsibility for everything. He asked for me to bring my car in that same day, so he could personally look at it. I brought it in, and he refunded me the amount that I had previously paid, as well as paid for a rental car for me for the day and night, and then he even went so far as fixing my AC for free! I am very impressed with Steve, and how far above and beyond he went to make me happy. It's good to know there are still people who care out there! And Steve is definitely one of them. He got my car fixed and back to working like new, with little inconvenience to me! I'm leaving my original review below, just so you can see what a great job Steve did at correcting the problem, and completely reversing my frustrations.

"Scam artists! I went in to get a second opinion of my AC, since my mechanic had already looked at it and said that it was a minor fix, I figured I'd take it to Sierra motors since I had received a coupon for a tire rotation and needed one anyway. I also had them look at a light that had been coming on intermittently. Well, they diagnosed my AC and told me that I needed a whole new system at $2000, then said while they did one test drive of my AC, the light never came on so they couldn't tell me any more about that problem, but charged me for a second test drive anyway! And the whole reason I went there, for the rotation, they wouldn't do because one of my rims is dented. So I paid $200 for absolutely nothing being done. I took my car back to my mechanic, along with the service report and he called bullshit! He says that no way do I need a whole new AC, the part to fix it should only be about $100, and that my tires have been balanced, and the one with the dented rim is fine to be rotated. Long story short, I will NOT be going back to Sierra motors ever again, and I'm pissed I wasted $200 and my whole...

(Second and third experiences) I give 5 stars because the service advisor, Dave, gets me in and out in a timely manner. He is very professional and makes sure my truck is handled with care when I go in for service. I will continue to come in for great service. The parts guys are very helpful as well.

(First experience) I give 3 stars because the sales and service team are friendly but I recently took my Silverado 3500HD for the first oil service and told them how I felt about doing all services on all my vehicles myself and knew it would be done to my expectations if I did it. But I also knew keeping it documented with GM by having them do it would be the best route. I was told they would take care of everything and go above and beyond, including checking all fluids and topping everything off. However, after driving home, my DEF light turned on, indicating it was well below half, I literally added about 5 gallons of DEF myself. Now, I question the whole service visit of what was completed and checked. I was specifically told they would fill my DEF, and that did not happen. How do I really know that everything else was completed the way it should have been. Then I called back to question this complaint, even leaving a voice-mail with the service writer, and now it's been a few days without even a call back to apologize for the simple mistake. Now, here I am writing this review. I came here because my purchasing dealer was a joke. Now I question this dealership as well. I probably won't be back unless I get a phone call that I deserve. (Update, I did receive a call back about a week later. The reason for the delay was that she was out sick) (The service manager also contacted me through the mail and sent over a complimentary Oil Change Service to make up for the inconvenience) I can respect the fairness and will continue returning...

My poor rating is from an accumulation of visits to your shop. The last two oil changes resulted in oil leaks caused by a loose oil filter. I had some body work done. They did an excellent job. However when I picked it up, they had failed to put on the "LTZ" emblem. There was no technician available and I had to return on another day to get them put on. They recently replaced the passengers side mirror. A week after the outside handle became internally disconnected so that the door could not be opened from outside. Sierra Motors denied any responsibility. I talked with another Chevy dealer and an independent repair shop. They both stated that "during the repair process the mechanic had to pull back the inside door panel and that this could have caused the handle failure." Sierra Motors agreed to cover the labor if I bought the new handle mechanism. They did the repair. We picked up car. When my wife tried to open the door from the inside, the handle didn't work. We returned to the dealer. The technician apparently forgot to "Hook up the handle". Bottom line is that I have had to return to Sierra Motors three times for follow up because of their poor work. A fourth time, I was in Southern California and had to have a local mechanic tighten the oil filter. I live 30 miles from Sierra Motors and it is not convenient and now with gas prices, expensive to drive back to their shop so that they can correct their mistakes. I appreciate the free oil changes, but because of my experiences of the last two, I will find another service garage. FYI, when I was in the service waiting room, another customer was there because of oil leaking from a loose oil filter. Sierra Motors blame it on the GM gasket.
