On Tuesday morning April 4, 2023. Deserves -100 stars. Customers were waiting for the doors to open after 10 am, they finally opened around 10:15 am. Employees at this store are very rude and will not speak English, nor will they answer any questions to Americans. The bald man refused to help me, just kept walking past me several times after I tried to ask him a question. The old, past shoulder length gray haired woman needs a lesson on courtesy to anyone. I was asking her a question, in the middle of speaking the dressing room attendant shouted something to her and the gray haired woman put her palm in my face and said "PLEASE" to shut me up so she could talk to the dressing room attendant in some other language. ANTI AMERICAN employees show no respect for Americans. They will only speak to customers who speak their language. I had a bunch of stuff in my cart and just left it and walked out with disgust. Read moreHello potential Ross shoppers! Upon entering this store, I found it to be clean and well lighted! The shopping buggy's drove easily, plus the store smelled pleasant. They have a person to greet you, so I asked where the children's section was to save me time. He was quite friendly and pointed me in the direction I needed to go. They have women up front, then men and kids in the back. Nice dressing rooms for both men and women on the far back wall! On my way to find Unicorn tshirts for a 9 year old girl, I was so surprised to find a least 10 in different styles and sizes. Also found sleepware, under garments and a beautiful display of purses and backpacks about $20! Designers one around $70. I enjoyed my short visit, and will most definitely return when I have more time. Check out was quick and I was back to the free parking spot, in no time at all!
