Rainbow Shops — Local services in South Bradenton

Never been at this store: drove there for bed bath and beyond but they are out of business. So I was curious to check out rainbow since I was already there… I like to judge things for myself, so I didn’t listen to reviews and went in anyway. Well!! I WILL listen to the reviews FOR NOW ON‼️they were totally accurate. Disgusted by the customer service, I don’t suggest this store to anyone! That explains the “cheap quality of. clothing” cheap labor.. I was harassed the second I walked in by two women at the front door before even entering. They were looking to fight. The worse part is they didn’t stop when I tried to be nice instead they gathered and stopped me on the way out and did it again! same trashy girls they apparently seem to have issue with the justice system.A BEHAVIOR WHICH I’D describe as an “inmate’s club” Whoever owns this store should reconsider the hiring process. I have had fairly good shopping experiences here up until this point. Day before we bought a few things. I accidently ripped the tag off but I never wore the shirt, coming to fine out there were holes in it. So I merely wished to return it along with another shirt. They took the other but said I couldn't return one in specific. I was wondering, as in other stores and when my mother went shopping she once accidently ripped a tag off and was able to return it. But, they wouldn't. A lady whom was kind enough to add back on the tag who worked there told us to come by tomorrow so we did. But, in the end they exchanged it for a different shirt and they still wouldn't refund the shirt. They said the tag didn't match. Other then this, the store is decent. Just the policy is...

I shop at this store every week, as I browsed around 12/21/2023 from about 5:30 pm to 6:15 pm and witnessed 3 employees at the cash register body shaming a customer that was actively shopping at the store. I am completely baffled that this is the type of customer service provided by one of my favorite clothing stores in Bradenton. (one being an older lady with gray wavy hair, wearing a red shirt and glasses checking people out, a young lady with black wig and graphic Tee checking people out and another young lady black graphic tee and some brown pants putting out...
