I really love Kohl's and I do like this store. My only issue is the interaction I have witnessed between other customers and this stores loss prevention people. I do not know if the customers they were dealing with were in fact trying to steal from the store but either way a male loss prevention employee working for ANY store should never punch a non-hostile woman SUSPECTED of shoplifting in the face while trying to walk to her car, which was exactly what I witnessed on one occasion. The license plate number and suspect's description should have been handed over to authorities- PERIOD. I also witnessed the same LP guy this time with a female LP officer as well trying to take down another suspected female shoplifter in the parking lot and once again it looked more like the lady was getting jumped. This time really bothered me becouse I had my children with me and they were frightened by what was happening. These LP officers have ZERO consideration for how their unprofessional, inconsiderate and flat out dangerous antics effects the other customers who are not there to shoplift but spend their hard earned money on their store. I was disgusted and outraged beyond belief that me and my children had to walk past this circus of a nightmare. I called corporate that day and made a complaint, whether or not anyone fallowed up on it, I do not know but needless to say, I do still shop there and will continue to becouse I love it so much, I do not ever take my children with me out of fear of a shootout or knife fight breaking out in the parking lot between LP and a couple petty...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIt was tough finding what I was looking for at this Kohl's, all Misses, Women and Plus Size Women all were combined. I was looking for jeans in bigger than size 18 so I asked a female employee on the floor for assistance of where the Plus Sizes were located, she turned and pointed to a sign across on the wall that said" WOMEN" however when I walked there I was surrounded by Children's Clothes. So that didn't pan out it became a mystery of locating my size in that store today. I didn't give up I walked around the store and glory be I found a large section of my size plus of jeans, tops, outerwear! Many lines were on sale, although little choice of sweaters in colors in my size. I found a fun fall hat also on sale, a nice colorful winter scarf too. One of several irks I will mention the shirts tend to be a different size than what the hanger says, clothes on shelves should be put in order of sizes and folded, and male cashier's need to use more than one bag to put in clothes items. I bought $160.00 worth of clothes and every item was put into one bag. I did not appreciate that, since the clothes I bought we're all on hangers then surely Kohl's needs to train their cashier's that less wrinkles for those purchased clothes will make the customer happy. I will be filling out the Kohl's customer shopping survey tonight and you the public need...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was waiting in line tonight, with one cashier working. One person in front with a huge purchase. Another cashier walks up to begin checking ppl out. She ignored me and addressed the ppl behind me. So they got checked out. Then more people come up behind me and Iām still waiting. The same lady ignores me again and addresses the people behind me. They notice (the customers) that I was supposed to be next. I tell them that I donāt know why the cashier is ignoring me. I turn away and they hesitate to goā¦.ignoring the cashier for a second as she says āIāll take whoās next in lineā. Pfft! I wasnāt about to go there after she ignored me and never addressed me in any polite manner. Eventually, I put my stuff down to leave b/c I was just exhausted. After my child and I cooled off a min outside, we came back in to be checked out my a younger, very friendly lady. The older lady (the one who ignored me) was still checking out the ppl who had been behind me. Iāve never had an experience like this & Iām confused by it. The other employees have been polite. Above & beyond most of the time. This cashier had lots of buttons on her lanyard, straight brown hair, around 50, likely Caucasian etc Didnāt get her name b/c I donāt want to be a Karen about it. Iām a bit angry about it though. Who...
