Jack sold my son a car that was not working on or around 9/13/2018 7 days later we called to let him know that there was something wrong with the car, Jack stated it was probably the fuel injectors, pretty much acknowledging that the car was defective however what we were experiencing was way more serious We called the dealer ship more that 7 times wanting to discus matter with no success , come to find out the problem was way worse than that, it was UN operable with transmission problems among other stuff I had to call Mario's dealership to have it towed back to them on 10/12/2018: of course for that phone call they acted within hours and didn't even let us take stuff out of the car!

Jack said he would have Mario the owner meet and talk with us, which didn't happen until I reached out to corporate location. Mario pretty much said the car was As Is and that was that Nothing he could do. Jack which was called and put on speaker also said he did not have my son test drive the car at least he didn't remember of course he dosen't.... , he probably saw an easy sale since my son is only 19. Mario stated he was loosing money too cause the car had to be sold at an auction LOL... of course it does cause it is unsafe and not drivable !!!!!!

Note even the guy that opened it so we could get our belongings out stated its the transmission; in front of Jack.

As much business as im sure Mario's Auto sales have, they could have at least gave us some money back, we lost more that them. But customer service is not what they are about at all.

Now they might say the 1st payment was late 2 weeks after purchase yes it was we weren't paying...

Actually was very pleased! With vehicle purchase payments were reasonable, friendly people..all was good!! 🤔🤦Until I had a unfortunate situation turn my life upside down for a few weeks and Was late on a payment but I called and arranged to make one the next week which I did including late fee in full! I barely made it before they closed..so that tells u I was running trying my best to make it everywhere I could that playing CATCH UP! I DIDN'T MAKE IT TO MY INSURANCE OFFICE WAS GOING FIRST THING NEXT MORNING CU we all know u CAN NOT DRIVE WITHOUT INSURANCE!! MIND FIRST ISSUE CAR ALMOST PAID OFF..AND THAT NIGHT MY CAR WAS TOWED I MISSED WORK WAS STRANDED ALL MY MUST HAVES FOR THE DAY IN MY CAR..I PAID 40.00 FOR RIDE TO INSURANCE OFFICE PAID 150.00 (190.00) 200.00 FOR TOW FEES 400.00 TOTAL THE PAYMENT I MADE DAY BEFORE WAS 400.00 (800 DOLLARS) MY POINT IS ..MARIO KNEW I WAS GOING TO PAY INSURANCE NEXT MORNING BUT HE STILL TOOK MY CAR EVEN THOUGH HE COULD OF SAVED ME 200 HE DIDNT I COULD LEFT VEHICLE THERE WHEN I MADE PAYMENT.AND PUCKED IT UP AFTER INSURANCE WAS PAID . HE KNEW MY SITUATION IM ALWAYS ON TIME ..I FELT IT WAS GREED AND UNNECESSARY! WHEN I PICKED MY CAR UP I HAD BELONGINGS MISSING HE DIDNT SHOW ANY CONCERN ..OR REGARD FOR MY STOLEN STUFF 50.00 IN LOST / STOLEN ITEMS WHEN TOWED OVERALL THEY'VE BEEN GOOD TO ME ..THAT DAY SHOWED THE OTHER SIDE..MOST...

My First experiences at Marios was Great when I walked in, the cars they have on the lots are nice looking cars and they keep them cleaned. The workers at Marios are very outgoing when it come to selling cars they will let you know before you purchase a car that all the cars has been EXPECTED and SAFE and READY TO DRIVE OFF. However I was really DECIEVED after I purchase a car I couldn't Leave the same day due to the fact that my HEAD LIGHTS didn't even work so I had to wait over the weekend tell I got my car I was told that everything was token care of by them how ever when I went to walmart I noticed my OIL LIFE was on 0% so I had to pay for an OIL change which was really unexpected. Then 2 days later my car started to over heating and Every time I Called up there I was told to wait tell the next Monday but before Monday came my car broke down....

Now is that an act of the TEXAS DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICES ACT because they told me they took care of EVERYTHING including (OIL CHANGE,A/C,ALL FLUIDS,WINDSHEILD WIPERS which is something I had to buy to because the ones they sent me off the lot...
