We enjoyed this gym when we first moved to Daybreak. Hours were long enough and the staff was friendly. However, I feel like this location is way too small now. More and more people are moving to Daybreak and the gym has become super crowded. I also hate that we have to pay extra for classes. We pay a ridiculous amount for our HOA anyway and didn’t appreciate this. A few Covid related hassles:
Still charging us for the facility even though we haven’t been able to use it I appreciated the RecDesk website to schedule a workout reservation. However I signed up a week ago and now that scheduling has finally opened up its saying it can’t find my account. There is no way to contact them by email to help so I’ve had to create a whole other account that now needs to get approved before I can reserve a time to workout -_- 7am to 5pm hours??? Who can make that work? I’m shocked the new hours aren’t until at least 7pm to accommodate those who work 8-5.
Because of all this, we unfortunately won’t be using these facilities anymore. Not unless some major...
Read moreI honestly think that this place is not to my liking, because some of the workers there can’t even wear a mask properly. Some of the staffs are not even wearing a mask, and it makes me uncomfortable, meaning they don’t care about Covid and the high cases in Utah. Please save your money and don’t go to this place ever!
My second complaint is. That the customers there don’t wear a mask at the gym. It’s just makes me very, very, very, disgusted. To the workers there do your job! If you care about your customers then make a mask policy. You should always need your mask and if you don’t you can get sick. Don’t go to this place their workers don’t put as much effort for the safety of others. And they don’t care about people around them. That is all I hope you guys...

There are about 15 parking spots in front, period. The rest are in the back, but you can only enter the building from the front, so you have to park in the back and walk around. Add in the fact that there is no sidewalk, and this is extra dumb. Now, they are doing construction on one side, so you've also lost about a third of the maybe two dozen parking places that were in the back. This is all even worse when it's raining or snowing. Whoever made this decision did it to make the area look "pretty", rather than have an ugly parking lot out front, but out zero thought into how people would actually...
