Daybreak is very cool place to visit. There’s a fun little lake to fish and paddle board around. They have fun concerts and soda row is great to see on the weekend to visit the farmers market. There’s tons of kids for people that have families and there’s other dwelling types which are nice for singles and couples. But it’s a little expensive and has grown so much.
I live off of the main drag “daybreak parkway” which has to be one of the noisiest streets that I have ever lived on. Everyday I hear firetrucks, cops, and emergency vehicles are blaring their sirens, even multiple times a day. It feels like a big city due to this factor and it’s really my preference but I live close to my kids which is why I stay.

Please don't get me wrong I have lived all over utah and other states...never and I mean never have I felt so uneasy about a community and there god. So if you're LDS great if not I would strongly think twice about living here if you...
