Rachel is so amazing! She spends extra time to perfect my hair, and I always love every style and color she does! Thank you Rachel!!! I have come for years to have her do my hair. I love Staci. I have been coming for 10 months or so for massages. I tried other Spas, but Staci is so much better than the other Massage Therapists. She makes sure you are comfortable, she checks the pressure level or firmness you prefer. No conversation is awkward or odd with her. You can sit there and relax, while she works or your muscles- or you can talk to her while she works.

She recommends you drink large amounts of water on Spa Days, especially on days with Hot Stone Massages. I recommend the 90 minute Relaxation Massage. It is very healing and helpful. My favorite has to be the 75 minute Hot Stone Massage though.

There is no dead awkward silence like at other spas, when you get a massage from Staci. You can sit and relax or lay and relax or talk- as long as she knows you are comfortable, then all is well.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. When we first walked in for my step daughter's appointment there was no one to meet us at the front desk. When someone finally did arrive they seemed very unprofessional and scattered. Even as we were filling out our information she was on her phone the entire time. Our stylist was amazing and we would come back if it seemed like the rest of the place could get itself together. The sink was broken, not one other stylist seemed to be busy, the salon looked as if it just opened that day with boxes and unfinished projects all over. As we were getting checked out by our stylist, I assume the receptionist, came up on her phone and seemed to not even know what she was doing.
