I started going to CiCi about a year and a half ago with trouble skin. I neglected my skin for a long time, and it started to show. I've previously seen other professionals on the field but my progress would always plateau. Cici helped get my acne under control, as well as help diminish the look of my pores with monthly extractions. She always showed interest in the progress of my skin, connecting through text to check if I was doing my skincare at home. She recommended the best products for me and my skin is happy. I see her once a month for facials with the occasional lash lift appointment which has given my lashes a healthy break from lash extension trauma. My favorite facial is the derma planning facial, which leaves my face feeling brand new! I have done one chemical peel, I was nervous as it was my first but she made it such an easy process and kept up with the healing of my skin until I was completely peeled. I arrived to my appointment for a facial & oxygenation. Ceci came up to me and recommended for me to do a chemical peel. She stated it would be great for my skin since I had “dead skin” I took her advice as she is the professional. On day 3 of the chemical peel, I had a bad reaction on the chin area where my skin was cracking and I had a burning sensation. It was so paintful that I couldn’t even smile or move my lips at all. I called ceci to inform her of what was going on and all she told me was that this reaction is normal. I did not feel okay with that response . She needed to be a little more empathetic with her clients and helps out a little more or if it is a normal reaction, explain more so I could understand and not be scared. Now often doing this chemical brown spots that I had previously removed from a past facial treatment, have now returned. I am very upset at the fact that after being informed of the situation, ceci this has resulted in me scheduling to see my dermatologist now and paying out of my own pocket a treatment I had previously...

My skin has been through a lot since giving birth to my daughter and I had residual hyperpigmentation around my chin area from post hormonal breakouts that I used to cover with concealer to feel more confident about my complexion.
