I have been going to this Chipotle for at least a decade and have never had a problem. Today around 5pm I went in to pickup an order that I had placed and told them at the register. The person said that there was a problem with the online orders and that I would have to wait for the online order person to make my food. I would’ve canceled the payment but I couldn’t, so I waited in line with all the other online order people which started to make the place packed. Instead of stopping all online orders they decided to keep them open. That wasn’t even the worst part. A large black man near the register was doing nothing but yelling at all his employees. He was super rude when anyone asked about their online orders. He was extremely unprofessional and was specifically rude and making unprofessional comments to the women on the serving line. If he wasn’t the manager, then the actual manager never came out to address the issue. The online cool guy was super nice and never once complained and tried his best to keep going through the orders. Again the person in charge could have helped out or sent someone to help him, but they didn’t. At the end I ended up waiting for over 30 minutes for one thing that I had ordered. No one tried to make the situation right, give a refund, move the online orders to the empty normal line. Not even a SORRY or thank you for waiting. Very sad for a place that I regularly give buisness...
Read moreI am a frequent customer at this Chipotle location. For some time now I have decided to drive to the other location which is 5 min further just because of the horrible customer experience. There is an employee that works on the line who has no sense of urgency. This individual does not care if there is a line out the door. I have waited over 30 min for my food just because of this one employee. The majority of the chipotle locations I have visited are great. This one just has poor management since customer satisfaction is not their main priority. I do not own a restaurant but I am in charge of a business, the number one rule across any store wether it is food, clothing, etc. is to always satisfy the customer. The management at this location need to provide the proper guidance and coaching for their staff. It is not the employee fault for being slow, it’s managements responsibility to address a problem and fix it.
For anyone reading this review, the wait time is longer than usual. And if they are short on staff, they will make you place an order online. My phone was about to die and I asked the employee if I could write my order on a piece of paper and hand him my credit card, the answer I received was “sir, you need to place the order online. I can not help you”. I will always be a chipotle customer, but will never come back to...
Read moreI really like Chipotle. This location however is terrible. I went there today around 445 pm and received poor service and cold food. First, the line was pretty long, but that's what you expect at Chipotle. After standing there for a while I realized the long line wasn't because a ton of customers just walked, the long line was because the employees putting the food together were taking their sweet time. I don't mean they were being careful and doing an extra special job. I mean they were just being slow to be slow. The two ladies making the orders were obviously miserable and treated each and every customer like they were inconveniencing them by being there. I took my burrito and bowl home and we started eating them 8-12 minutes later. I didn't expect them to be piping hot, but I know from experience that the food should've at least been warm. It was barely room temperature. The only explanation that I can come up with is that the meat and rice were barely warm on the line. The rice in my wife's bowl and my burrito was still a little hard and the chips for my chips and guacamole were very stale. I wondered why the cashier asked me if I minded if he kept the receipt. I guess now I know. I will never step foot in this Chipotle...
