Taco Bell — Restaurant in South Miami

I didn’t even wanna give you guys one star, but I had to just post this. There is a video of me recording the employees of Taco Bell. I posted it and in the video the manager is being disrespectful stick in the middle finger at me and not wanting to take my order at the speaker when I was at the drive-through, I tried ordering something but she was being impatient and kept telling me hello are you gonna order so I then canceled my order and told her I was only coming to pick up I drove around the drive-through and parked my vehicle and proceeded to head to the window to pick up the online order, I am a platinum Dasher by the way, I take care of all my customers orders and I do it at a fast pace. I am not disrespectful. I came to the window and explain to the lady that she wasn’t being patient. I was trying to order and I could not order my food. She then got upset shut the window and stuck the middle finger at me started saying that I was ugly and did not wanna take my order and also said that she would cancel my online order that I knew she could not cancel because the items were there and she said she would cancel it just so I wouldn’t get it And she proceeded to tell everybody not to take my order not to give me any food so then I go back to the drive-through and she takes my order. I’m not knowing if she knows who I was but I did take my order. I was able to get a order in when I go to the drive-through she told the cashier lady that the order has been placed go ahead and have her pay for the foodso with that being said if I didn’t cancel my first order, she probably wouldn’t have given it to me because I told her she wasn’t being patient and I didn’t get to order my food, but I didn’t see nothing wrong with...

Things I like:

-Aesthetics: Taco Bell's Aesthetics have never been better. The color scheme featuring, pastel orange, pale purple, soft cyan, with a black contrast is absolutely fantastic. It is eye-catching without being intrusive. I believe it plays a little on the Vaporwave/retrowave aesthetic (which I like, so again I'm biased towards it).

-Service Speed: This is fast food after all,.And I have to say, the wait is very small considering that many things are made on the spot. Serious props on that regard. This service speed has been taken to an even greater height, thanks to the order kiosks. They allow you to place an order quicker, as well as allow more simultaneous orders. Bonus points because the kiosks are VERY easy to use and understand. (Seriously props to the UI/UX team behind them)

-Menu: Honestly the thing that keeps me coming back to Taco Bell is how unique its selection is. (Personally I find it very tasty too)

-Price: VERY fairly priced. For the service and food I'd even say it's underpriced (but please keep the prices as what they are right now. They're REALLY good)

Areas where it COULD improve:

-Cleanliness: Honestly this is a 4 out of 5. It's acceptable on most standards but a closer attention to details when cleaning would be a major step up.

-Renewability Please set Recycling bins and reduce the number of plastics you make available. As it currently stands, everything is in plastics except the food wrapping. You could improve upon this. Paper Straws and reciclable cups would be VERY appreciated!

If I could give these people 0 stars I would. The customer service is disgusting and the lack of effort and communication is worse. I am not one to ever write reviews because it takes too much effort and I never complain because I try to understand every situation. I understand them being overworked maybe and I understand that the pay may be challenging but I have never been treated so nasty while trying to be kind in my life. It’s unacceptable and I felt compelled enough to warn anyone who wants to come to this Taco Bell. Know they will mess up your order, make you pay for it and give you nasty attitude and remarks to refund it. They’ll scream on the loud speaker to each other that you lied about the things you ordered even when you have a receipt to show them you did not lol and it’s truly a very sad and...
